The hotel has brand-new and beautifully presented rooms with twin double beds as well as modern touches. The location is upscale and the best, the check in is early.

Had truly memorable stay on our visit to London. The stuff was kind, faultless, and responded promptly to requests. We had a comfortable bedroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our magnificent breakfast with the Savoy grill and toast, for instance. The location close to everything was marvellous.

Comfortable, ideal location close enough to a short walk to Covent Garden and Soho to the North, the river to the south so a perfect location fir a short break. Again, not far from a vastly entertaining and educational museum.

Nice place for discovering London with highly courteous staff from doorman to chambermaid. Incredible location in a pretty comfortable area not far from Covent Garden for breakfast and the famous American Bar. Again, walking distance to London Transport Museum. Exceptional food at the grill restaurant.

Our accommodation was set in a very central location so close to the Gordon Ramsay The River restaurant, areas where noise from outside is unavoidable, and the Savoy for afternoon tea. The staff where happy to help with planning our trip.

Its handy, central location was a plus. My room was well-equipped and a nice size and complete with large bathroom, very nice desk, for example. The staff were happy to help and really took care of me.

Places like Royal Opera House were within a close distance from from here too.

Overall had memorable stay for five nights. The setting was stunning, adjacent to the swish and swanky Savoy and the Savoy theater there. We saw a huge observation wheel, that's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The bedroom was spotless and exquisite. The location offered was magnificent adjacent to the Savoy Theatre so excellent location, the theatres unequaled in London, and the Strand restaurant.

This hotel was set in a very central area really close to the bandstand where a very nice young woman played the piano as back ground music, learning about the history of the Savoy, and shops and restaurants in London. Besides, a huge observation wheel was 1 km away from the venue.

Gorgeous place with REASONABLY GOOD staff, everything was perfect. Got generous-sized deluxe room on the 6th or 7th floors when arrived, enjoyed that. The breakfast was healthy and astonishing with champagne, mediocre dishes, toast, and the main bar was a plus. The location was very central, just off the restaurant or the Thames foyer, and the Thames and London.

Actually everything was wonderful, my next choice again in London. I spend 1 night in London lovely. The hotel was placed in the very central location to the theatre where I had booked a show. Further, it was right by Trafalgar Square, restaurants, pubs, and shopping, and a short walk to Covent Garden and Soho to the North, the river to the south so a perfect location fir a short break. Astonishing and magnificent breakfasts with champagne, mediocre dishes, toast, the staff were all in all kind. The service was exceptional during my stay.

We liked our 2 night stay. Location was excellent, lovely hotel. This property was in a shopping area. Luxurious bathroom and a tub with good sewerage. The service provided there was brilliant!

10 minutes walk from charing cross subway station. We visited Salieri Restaurant, set only 200 ft away...

Rules Restaurant is just walking distance from the hotel. We really enjoyed the fact that we chose savoy.
