The venue is fantastic and well priced, its location is magnificent, so close to subway, the terminal railway station, and the bridge. The staff are exceptionally nice, giving their best to make the stay a great experience.

The double room is compact with a comfortable bed, 2 free beers from the bar plus a pull out couch. The staff is pleasant and immensely pleasant and the food is reasonably priced.

The rooms were spacious and soundproof and the location was brilliant within walking distance of Terminal 4. A few times I ate at Zen Oriental Restaurant, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

I took a standard room with European shower, including iron and a double bed. The location was particularly good and incredible as it was adjacent to restaurants and cafes.

We appreciated sleeping 1 night in this hotel. Accommodation was fairly large and ideal, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location turned out to be great, so close to London, The in house restaurant and the airport on time. Plus, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Bedfont Lakes Country Park. Had sensational breakfasts with good options and mushrooms, for example in the bar.

The room was new-fashioned and soundproof and since it had down pillows I slept like a baby. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept like a child. The location was marvellous, next to an airport and the trains. Besides, Bedfont Lake was 6 km away from the venue.

Our stay there was really comfortable. Came here for 1 night with our family, everything was exceptional. They provided a satisfactory breakfast with tomatoes if required, mushrooms plus tomatoes.
