We had the double room which was tidy with comfy beds. Great location close to an event we attended made it easy to get to key attractions.

Well, internet connection was terrible.

Clean hotel, I loved really helpful and very attentive staff. Its location was excellent, short walk to Thorpe park, quiet area and the runway. Cranford district was worth exploring. The rooms were tidy and new-fashioned, had smoke detectors for safety. An electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and multi-channel television were available here.

I stayed here 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Comforts of double room with an actual working ac were fabulous.

Large and bright room and a mini-fridge, tea/coffee, and a kettle inside. Fairly clean bathroom with a bathtub; excellent staff. Good and ideal location close to an event we attended, easy to get anywhere. Also - not far from Heathrow airport and Thorpe park and Terminal 3.

It is a nice property located in Cranford district near the terminal, Heathrow airport and Thorpe park, and possibility to leave luggage there after check out. The place has good and perfect location close to an event we attended.

Came here for 1 night with my kids, everything was perfect. I were upgraded to a room which was immaculately clean and bright. The property's location was great and perfect, near the airport.

In general the staff were proactive and efficient. The location was magnificent - really close to morning flight, and the cafe. Had lunch/dinner at Gard Taste Scandinavian, which I found a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

The bedroom was modern and outstanding. Its bathroom was sparkling clean.

Everything is good here. The staff are nice, they keep the place fairly clean. The location is perfect and excellent, in quiet area. And it's nestled in a big building close to bus stop, the airport and Bus Hopper and the taxi. A great bar does the trick.
