Everything is cool, liked my time here. It has both extraordinary service-minded and outstandingly helpful staff. It includes convenient restaurant for breakfast.

Had a fairly nice stay for the weekend, everything was excellent. The staff was amazingly polite and superfriendly, the breakfast offered was gorgeous with a huge variety of food. The hotel's location was fantastic, short walk to hydpark, Marble Arch, near Oxford Street, and London attractions. Besides, the property was 5 km away from Colnbrook West.

Extraordinary service-minded and customer-focused staff and the place was impeccably clean. The breakfast was fresh and substantial, such variety, with apple juice and many varieties. Really enjoyed the standard double room and the way it was setup. We walked everywhere, the location was perfect and best possible, very close to two tube stations.

Everything was great during 2 days, appreciated its marvellous and unbeatable location close to London for a Christmas Weekend, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, and Regent Park and the restaurant. The breakfasts were great with nespresso machine and a chef there, as example, couldn’t ask for anything better.

The staff is fabulously helpful, the breakfast extensive, the location is perfect very close to the oxford street as well as restaurants with different ethnic kitchens. The lounge bar makes the alcoholic drinks. The service is very good, includes convenient parking.

Had fantastic stay for a business trip and the weather was wonderful. This was my 2nd stay, they offered deluxe twin room on the tvs. I visited cigar bar and tried free soft drinks.

Possibly the best and very good stay with her excellent welcoming and helpful service she did to us while checking in. Nicely decorated room with a storage space, USB ports, and a TV set, and best bed. The grill restaurant on the premises.

I greatly enjoyed the place, everything was very good. The hotel was in a perfect location close to many shops and restaurants, Nice Restaurants and the perfect center to make commas.

All the staff was customer-facing. The restaurant was beautiful for breakfast, we ordered appetising dishes. A shampoo and a hairdryer were very handy.

Everything was great, exceptional service, marvellous location near to all the major bus stops for exploring London. We were met by good, approachable personnel.

Everything was very good, fabulously helpful staff, magnificent location near the Royal Albert Hall, Marble Arch tube station and coffee shops. The rooms they have were reasonably priced and brand-new with a lovely fruit platter & a bottle of Prosecco and a bedroom.

There were comfortable beds and complimentary wireless internet, a storage, and USB ports in the deluxe king room. The breakfast was substantial and extensive, had plenty of options.

Its location at a walking distance from a Hyde park was marvellous and amazing. There were shopping streets and a market around the hotel. The restaurant was small for breakfast here, I had distinguished dishes. I appreciated that they had a storage, USB ports, and a coffeemaker.

The place was fairly clean and safe, it had reasonably good staff at the reception desk. The rooms were well laid out and the location was particularly good.

It is exceptional place to stay, the food is good, and location is magnificent akin to trying to escape from the world trade centre during 911. The breakfast was freshly prepared and substantial, we greatly enjoyed lots of meals.

I enjoyed spending time here. Everything was really good, incredible location in the center of london, the staff were very supportive. I was there for 1 night and ate at grill restaurant for breakfast. Free Wi-Fi was efficient and the service was very good. I often visited a lounge bar.

The total stay was fantastic on our next London visit. Our room was exceptionally nice with all the comforts, views of the bustling London streets, as for instance, and the check-out was late.

The location is very central. And it's 20 km from London City airport.

The deluxe twin room was immaculate and had the best bathroom. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the balcony had exceptionally good views.
