The place was clean with a modern design and mainly young staff. Comfortable bedroom. Nice views, great breakfast with super coffee and breads cheeses meats, as for instance.

Amazingly efficient and excellent staff and the place was fairly clean. I appreciated the cosy atmosphere and the room was comfortable quiet and stylish in the ice bucket. Central location near Covent Garden, near theatres, Opera, Picadilly Ciorcus and Trafalgar Square, the restuarants snd theaters of Covent garden and restaurant and bar, it was in a really cute area. Also, Chinatown was within walking distance.

The breakfast itself was a bit expensive, can be way much better.

The breakfast was tasty with the usual eggs bacon and on the go bags, as for instance, we were pleasantly surprised.

Well-equipped units and service-oriented staff from check-in to check-out. Very very nice area, central location short walk to many restaurants and cafés nearby, Covent Garden & Shaftsbury Avenue and theatres and many brilliant shops on foot.

The room was really well appointed with fridge and it had wake-up service, that's cool. The location in the middle of the town was the best and quiet.

The hotel's location was unbeatable, just off all attractions as well as the Piccadilly. We asked for king suite and it was magnificent in the sumptuous bathroom.

We ate at a really nice restaurant with gluten free food. The bathroom was reasonably spacious and it had a walk-in shower and a bath for our convenience.

The location superb close to everything the west end has to offer was quiet and simply perfect for everything that I needed. Also, Royal Opera House was at a short distance. The room was really well appointed and very nicely furnished with bathroom and bath tub plus fabulous views, the check-in was easy. I appreciated the nice hot breakfast for vegetarians, offered by the hotel.

Wi-Fi was very poor; somewhat limited breakfast, a little disappointed.

The room was new-fashioned with a comfortable interior. A kettle and an iron were perfect. Highly efficient and affable staff from the cleaners to the management, which was unquestionably a plus. The venue was in a very central location next to boutiques, many restaurants and cafés and Covent Garden, Leicester Square and other central London locations. What's more, there was a famous museum around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

The location was the best right in the center. Came to visit Trafalgar Square, based not very far from the hotel. The room I booked was tastefully decorated and brand-new with 2 twin beds and goodies plus dressing table.

The location was central, convenient in an excellent position. Also, Northern Quarter bars was just a short distance away. I had fairly priced room with dressing table.

The positives include unbeatable location and parking nearby. The rooms are well-equipped and generally offer a coffeemaker, a dressing room, and a storage space. All in all they offer exceptional service.

Breakfast was excellent, nice views, brilliant location not far from Seven Dials, a lovely area of London, close to Covent Garden, Leicester Square and a lot of the theatres, the center of the Seven Dials circle and the main attractions around London. The room was magnificent and tidy, had a hair dryer, a kettle, and an iron. The staff was mainly young all that time.

The staff are friendly efficient and very amiable. The rooms offered are compact and new-fashioned with comfy beds, good view and luxe toiletries from Ren. All in all they offer good service.

The room itself was brand-new with comfy bed and a dressing table and the breakfast was nice hot. The hotel location was quiet and top perfect right in the heart of everything.

This place was nicely decorated, with stocked rooms, reasonably good stuff. I was here for 1 night and ate at tapas restaurant for lunch. The breakfast had a good choice of food, like coffee and fruit. Perfect and incredible setting for the event i was attending.

This accommodation had a central setting close to transport. Really enjoyed our rooms with comfortable beds. The staff was very efficient and friendly efficient and we could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Enjoyed the location, it was brilliant and marvellous near theater, pubs, shops, a lovely square that gives a feel and character that is hard to find in London and surrounding shops, theatres, eating places.

Perfectly clean and 1st class place and the breakfast was hot. The staff were friendly efficient and amazingly helpful every time I dealt with them. The service was absolutely good. The location was absolutely perfect and incredible, 15 km to London City airport, perfectly reachable.

High-class place, it was spotlessly clean and had service-oriented and friendly efficient stuff in all areas. The hotel was set in a central area really close to the centre of theatre land, near all the shops and links to the underground, restaurant & bar and Covent Garden underground. Covent Garden district was worth exploring.

Quiet place to stay 1 km away from a huge observation wheel. Obliging staff at all times, luxurious, delightful rooms. Lovely bed and perfect facilities. Brilliant location with parking nearby. Found in the lovely area near all the high street shops.

It was a COZY hotel, we appreciated it. The location of property was perfect. Plus, we were 5 mins by foot from a buzzing Theatre-district square. The food was deliciuos for breakfast.

Excellent interior of the hotel. The venue was in front of trafalgar square and you can walk to piccadilly circus.
