Everything was great, personnel was amazingly great and really kind. Overall it was spotless and trendy, with an own bathroom.

Its location close to a museum and a theatre was excellent. The continental breakfast was offered with food & drinks and decafe coffee.

Stunningly beautiful place all in all, has approachable staff in wheelchair. It offers perfectly comfortable and luxurious rooms with bedroom, views of the National History Museum, as example.

The location is very central, next to the Museums and Royal Albert Hall as well as good eateries and bars. The hotel has perfectly comfortable and cheap rooms complete with a balcony and hot tub plus modern bathrooms.

Fairly clean property with courteous and always polite staff who provided exceptional service. Stunning location in a downtown area near a gallery or a museum, all the local museum's, and South Ken and Gloucester Rd tube stations. Close to Liverpool Central Library and other tourist attractions.

Location: particularly good, close enough to South Kensington tube station, tubes and car parking on Harrington road, and gréât restaurents museums. Plus, walking distance to Forty Five Kensington.

The units are themed, a nice size with hot tub. The location is incredible, the breakfast is complementary.

Themed unit with an absolutely stunning decor, very friendly staff from check-in to check-out. Perfect and comfortable location - just off Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, local shops and restaurants and the arts and decorations. Nearby Duke of Clarence - great place to chill out.

All in all, it's fantastic place that has really kind staff from check-in to check-out. The deluxe double room is trendy and cheap. The location is great and fab, restaurants and a coffee house were close to the hotel. It is found in a nice area.

Make sure you stay in the superior queen room with balloons, a very different level plus views of the National History Museum to the left. It has excellent location really close to heathrow airport and train station which has direct line to heathrow airport, we could explore a museum and a theatre close to the hotel.

The location was central, so close to pubic transport, restaurants and cafés and a great location, tube, restaurants, museums all within walking distance, and there were a museum and a theatre close to the venue. Came here for 2 night stay, had an awesome experience. The staff members where all approaching and perfect. The location seemed great near the tube station. Plus, I was at a short distance from a Dinosaurs gallery. I appreciated lobby restaurants around. It was really fairly clean and brilliant hotel, would recommend.

Everybody was incredibly welcoming and the room was uniquely decorated. The setting was quite good within easy reach of a scientifically spellbinding museum. You could walk to a bakery and shops.

This hotel was set in a very central area near to the Natural History Museum, Harrods, and the South Kensington tube station, and the South Kensington Tube. The food on offer at continental breakfast was fab.
