The double room had an electronic key card, tea/coffee making equipment, and a work desk, facilities worked for us. The bed was nice & the bathroom was very comfortable. Booked the hotel for its excellent location right by shops, restaurants and cafes, restaurant and the tube, the uber boat pier and bus stops.

Everything was great, including outstandingly accommodating and amazingly nice staff. Stayed in wheelchair accessible room with good view, very comfy bed plus lovely bedding, it worked well for me.

The hotel has nice and unbeatable location not far from bus stops, the tube, the uber boat pier and bus stops and restaurants.

The café served a great selection of meals for breakfast. Overall it was well-designed with good view. The location was good and stunning, just 5 minutes walk from Albert Square.

The hotel offers magnificent and fantastic location really close to the restaurant downstairs, Tozi, the tube, the uber boat pier and bus stops and the river and Battersea Power Station. Battersea district definitely deserves exploring.

Unusual place to stay with fantastic friendly and efficient staff members. Stunning location, not too far away from a neo-gothic library. Wonderful stay in incredible area. The pool area is very clean too.

We came to London for one night, everything was exceptional. The café was good for breakfasts. The location of this hotel short walk to restaurant, and subway, shops & restaurants was particularly good and stunning. Moreover, it was 3 km from a world-famous museum. The staff was efficient - we would stay here again.

Got new-fashioned, huge room with the foldout sofa bed, lovely bedding, as example. We had coffee and tea making equipment, and glassware. Thoroughly enjoyed our easter here and will be back.

Travelled with my partner, spent 1 night here and had a really comfortable stay. A work desk, tea/coffee making equipment and television were there too. I didn't feel like leaving and will be back.

The stuff were affable and kind, as for 4-stars hotel. The location was unbeatable, short walk from all interests. Apart from that, St James's Park was 10 minutes' drive away...

The staff were really slow, didn't expect that coming.

All in all, it was wonderful base for travelling to London. The staff were all FABULOUS, excellent. Nice place to stay in London, if compared to other hotels.
