Novotel London Excel

Travelled with my children, spent 2 nights here and had a really enjoyable stay. The entire staff were especially helpful. Everything was very good during my stay but disappointing aspect was not clean bathroom. The breakfast I ordered was warm and delicious with fresh products, a great view, latte excellent. The service was marvellous, including an early check-in.

Views appeared to be quite bad.

Everything was really good, especially helpful staff, ideal location near the local pub, and Excel Exhibition. I was here for 2 nights and ate at tapas restaurant for dinner. The bed was really nice and there were climate control, a coffeemaker, and a safe to use. Exceptional service offered in this hotel. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. You guys made my stay real good.

Extremely pleasant and nicely furnished room with comfortable bed and an iron and a kettle. Perfect location, a short walk to everywhere. Located 15 min walk away from Canning Town tube station.

Standard room with a sofa bed. Magnificent and beautiful location manageable on tube with views at evenings. And so close to the local restaurants, the trains and excel centre and good transport links.

The stay here was quite comfortable for a London visit. Main bar was good and reasonably priced.

My room was new-fashioned, with a sofa set, an iron, and a TV. Had marvellous and stunning location in fantastic cafe, right next to Landed. Plus, it was just off good restaurants and entertainment, and a metro station which is convenient.

My bed was very hard, unfortunately.

Had an extra special stay with my children, we spent 2 nights here, everything was modern. I stayed in an air-conditioned, high-class room. Attentive staff plus the breakfast was warm.

It was in a central setting very close to the station of cable cars over the river Thames. The room was big sized, with a sofa bed.

The hotel was lovely modern and wonderful relaxing in general, had very caring staff at check-out. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. I appreciated riverside view and available amenities, including air conditioning, a coffeemaker, and a kettle. I was here for 1 day and would come here again.

My kids and I loved being there. The triple room was neat and stylish. Continental breakfasts with cereals and orange juice was amazing. It had a marvellous and brilliant location just next door to the Excel convention centre, the river side and pubs and restaurants nearby. Also, I were around 10-15 minutes walk from Albert Square.

The staff were very disrespectful, didn't expect that coming.

The rooms are well presented here with balloons, a beautiful bed, as for instance. A tapas restaurant serves good food.

The hotel is fairly clean, has views at evenings. Incredible location near the shopping mall, Emirates cable car and Easy to park good location to get to the Excel exhibition centre, it's central. There is nearby Mcdonald's to grab some food for the dinner. The staff are attentive and thoughtful people on check-out.

The hotel is gorgeous and clean, nestled in a very clean modern building with decent view at evenings. The staff is exceptional and consistently courteous.

Came here for 4 days, the hotel was gorgeous and ideal, it had magnificent location short walk to restaurants nearby, breakfast quite good, and buses and hop-on hop-off tours. The personnel where extremely accommodating and accommodating and made us feel welcome. The continental breakfast was gorgeous and marvellous.

I was given a well-designed and functional room with a stylish decor. Everything was very easy, even so a few employees were very disrespectful. The location was central, incredible easy to get to from train station.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were very nice modern, good location close to also handy for Canary Wharf which is n't too far away as well as the Novotel London Excel. I had reasonably priced room with a sofa bed. A tapas restaurant for dinner was an advantage.

The staff was attentive and absolutely excellent and my stay was very nice, would stay here again. The continental breakfast food was great. Truly enjoyed its beautifully maintained rooms. The location was stunning, for example, The Crystal was just a short walk away from the hotel.

I had a real good stay at this family-friendly hotel. I liked that the room was air conditioned with sofa bed, shower, as for instance. There was brilliant food, the staff was thoughtful. The location in a very nice area was perfect and peaceful and there were shopping malls and fairgrounds nearby. Besides, Docklands was 4 km away from the property. They had an easy check-in.

This hotel was pleasant and comfy and everything was good. Our room was spotless and complete with mini fridge, a great shower, for instance. Staff were exceptional and breakfast was marvellous. The service offered was excellent. Efficient check-in was a bonus. London City airport was hardly 10 minutes away by car.

My room was splendid & immaculate with the shower, queen size bed and complimentary bottled water. The hotel had a central location close to airport. Besides, it was just off trains, and the cable cars.

The property was pleasant with pleasant staff on check-out. I took a triple room with queen size bed, a drink and complimentary bottled water.

We only stayed here for 2 nights, as we didn't have time, nonetheless everything was great. The hotel had an incredible location near Royal Victoria Dock and Bridge. And it was also next to good restaurants and entertainment, the Excel exhibition centre, and the water front. The bar was lovely.

The location was magnificent and best possible, near to the center as well as public transport. I got brand-new room with the bedroom and complimentary bottled water plus a drink as advertised. Actually everything was very good, my next choice again in London.

Our stay was a great experience. Came in London to relax and have fun, this low budget hotel was comfortable base for doing it. Location: the venue was so close to London as a family, a cafe, and Easy to get to. It also was to nearby restaurants instead. Incredible staff, offered us wake up service and ironing

The food is savoury! The location is quiet and gorgeous, 10 minutes' walk to Trinity Art Gallery.

i had a quite comfortable stay. the whole place was fairly clean and the staff were welcoming and polite. the hotel was placed 0.5 km away from the airport.

nice base for a 1-night stay. we liked the bed, which was large. price of the breakfast is 16 gbp per person per day.

China Palace was 5 mins walk away. Lovely place for a city break in London.
