My stay was comfortable for one night. This location was marvellous and really handy, right by a TAXI from Terminal 1 and the car rental. Plus, the hotel was situated relatively close to Gay Village. The bedroom was fashionable and contemporary. The bathroom was excellent with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

Its location is perfect and excellant, close to Market Street.

It was reasonably clean, and the people were helpful. Excellent and absolutely perfect location was conveniently located to the airport was a plus. We truly enjoyed sitting in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

Efficient and comfortable location, few metres away from a public park. Located 5 minutes' walk of the bus station. The service-minded and responsive staff and their quick responses to my needs.

That hotel was in a great location, in the area where we could eat. It was also not far from both the city centre and the airport, London attractions, and airport which is a short distance away.

Reasonably clean and top quality place. Very good customer care, parking on-site. Modern interior, comfortable restaurant. Perfect and excellent location for my purposes.

Nicely presented place. Convenient location in the relaxing area, close to London, car rental and T5 Heathrow and Terminal 2 and a bar area to have a drink in the evening. Again, not far from a massive central square. A nice size and well-equipped units with a sofa bed, included breakfast, as for instance, and well-trained staff.

Marvellous and easy location in an area where we could shelter, and 15 minute walk from a grade ii listed history museum. Savoury and excellent breakfast with food and drinks and good coffee and exceptional service.

Dirty bathroom.

The location was convenient and really handy, to terminal 4, in the relaxing area. The breakfast was warm with food and drinks and multiple selections and drinks to choose from, and also the staff were all well-trained.

I liked unbeatable location, accommodating staff. Also, such main attraction as St Martins Church was 5 km from this hotel.

The location was great, to which terminal, and the room was compact. Further, it was close to on-site eateries, GREAT ROOMS, and bus station for t2 & 3.

The staff was enthusiastic and compassionate and made it a decent experience. Its location was great and easy, to be honest everything was excellent, and in a great area. Also, Harmondsworth Moor was 3 km away.

The location of this hotel right by a bar area to have a drink in the evening, a bus stop, and restaurant with quick service was great and efficient. Besides, Harmondsworth Moor was 3 km away from the venue.

The location of the hotel was central, close enough to the Heathrow airport and the underground terminal. The staff were competent and well-trained.

Overall it was a nice size, with an open bathroom. The service was very good and the food was savoury.

The staff was helpful throughout the day. Savoury breakfast selection with drinks to choose from, food and drinks plus good coffee, everyone could find their favorite food.

Besides, the location was marvellous and efficient for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of The Photographic Angle. The staff was enthusiastic, provided a quick check-in and a fast check-out.

The location of the hotel was central, very close to a taxi that should 've taken 15 minutes, bus station for t2 and terminal 4. The view was exceptionally good, the service was exceptional.

Spotlessly clean place in Renaissance style with all necessary facilities. All in all convenient and really handy location, right by Heathrow airport and Budget car rental, and legoland. Also, so close to terminal 5. Well-trained, competent people working here.

The staff were really good and accommodating and the location was decent to Heathrow central bus station. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was modest and neat with breakfast included.

Location: the hotel was short walk to Heathrow airport and Budget car rental, the Heathrow Central Bus Station, and the restaurant and the bar. Places like a historic water pump were not very far from from here too. The double room was stylish with sofa bed and the location was marvellous.

We had an excellent stay at this hip new hotel. The venue was in a central location just next door to the airport in the morning, restaurants with very appetising menus, and car rental and T5 Heathrow. Besides, St Martins Church was 5 km away from the property.

the property was clean and impressive. the hotel was in a stunning location, near airport. lots of food options at a walking distance from the venue. there were very good internet and good parking available.

Had 1 night in West Drayton, spending my time here lovely. Appreciated the neat double room with great shower and the way it was setup. The location was peaceful, 5 km to London Heathrow airport, perfectly reachable. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was beautiful for dinner.

It was a really great stay, people were polite and courteous.

Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Room was good sized, it was enough for me. The area contains some restaurants like Three Magpies within 15 minutes' walk: )
