Simply stunning, clean place with delightful views. Traditional English breakfast catered for guests. Early check-in, friendly efficient employees.

We had a clean bedroom. All the services were exceptional, including a traditional English breakfast and a very clean pool.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

A pleasant property, fairly clean, marvellous location very near to major attractions in central London. Perfect food in the lounge area for breakfast with all necessary options. Smooth check-in, generally perfect service. No charge for concierge service and wake up calls too.

Loved the classic double room with modern decor, and marvellous and fantastic location in Bistro which I was trying to organise from Australia.

The room I booked was renovated especially the toilets and available with a very comfortable bed and widescreen TV plus Nespresso machine. The hotel was actually sophisticated and centrally located close enough to certain areas and major landmarks and theatres. Moreover, it was at a moderate distance from Greater Manchester Police Museum. The complimentary drinks in lobby bar were very welcome.

The weather was pleasant, had fairly nice stay for 10 nights. We ate at a particularly good restaurant for breakfast. Got large bed and a living room, a hair dryer, and a little kitchen.

My standard room had a Nespresso machine and a kettle. The hotel was centrally situated anywhere in the city center and close to a tube station.

Everything was excellent, amazingly polite staff, stunning location very close to restaurants and shopping, and Also very close to the underground / metro. We were offered extraordinary breakfast for every taste.

We ate at a really great restaurant for breakfast. Very very helpful and top-class staff gave advice on things to do. It was centrally located in an extremely comfortable area.

The breakfast they served was not bad, hope one day it will be much better.

It is centrally set in a very pleasant area. It's worth staying here and exploring Westminster Borough district.

Appreciated our stay in this hotel. Accommodation was nice sized and charming with incredible staff with their outstanding service. The bedroom was upgraded and huge. The bed was very comfy and there were coffee/tea makers, a living room, and a sleeping area. The location was marvellous and super, so close to everything, in the new area.

Appreciated our stay in this place. Everything was great, unbeatable location near to theaters, St James's Park and Buckingham Palace and Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, fantastic experience. It was impeccably clean, good enough for celebrating anniversary. The hotel took care of the fantastic service. By the way, we paid extra gbp 8 per 24 hours for WiFi connection.

Charming and fairly clean place overall with marvellous and super location near to James's Park Underground tube station. More than incredible staff with excellent service.

The food was high quality, we had coffee and fruit juice for breakfast.

It has magnificent location to see Victoria. It's in the relaxing area not far from the Bistro, anywhere in London walking or tube and restaurants and shopping which is another bonus.

Everything was great during 2 days, appreciated its marvellous and super location near walking distance from Soho, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar square, Buckingham palace, the beautiful Conservatory restaurant and Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Westminster Abby + + + very central. The breakfast was scrumptious and wonderful with eggs cooked to order and indian food, and had all you need.

The breakfast is extraordinary, available with fruit juices and eggs a la carte and every taste.

We stayed in a standard room complete with a fruit plate and the most comfortable bed plus nice size bathroom.

The hotel was in a central setting in the area's. Btw, it was at a moderate distance from Churchill War Rooms Museum.

Whole place was clean with particularly nice views; marvellous location near the St James' Park tube station. Lovely interior, high quality and well stocked rooms. Excellent food for breakfast in the restaurant.

The lounge area had lots of high quality meals for breakfast. The room was functional and airy with a great shower and towels in the separate bathroom. The location was very central, great for a palace and a theatre located close to the hotel.

The location was marvellous and amazing in an extremely comfortable area, not far from the Buckingham palace, warm welcoming bar/restaurant and Buckingham Palace Westminster Abbey and Cathedral. The staff was very very helpful the entire time.

Had incredible stay for 1 night with affable staff and incredible location easy to arrive using public transport. Our standard room was contemporary with a lovely view.

I ate at a really nice restaurant for excellent breakfast and meals. The location was perfect and magnificent, you can visit Victoria by walking. A shopping centre and a market were right next door.

Great choice for christmas. Centrally positioned in an excellent area, just next door to the beautiful garden, London, and a Michelin starred Indian restaurant. Besides, very convenient to Financial District. Plenty of food available in the restaurant.

Our classic king room was newly decorated, contemporary. The hotel was centrally located very close to Victoria.

We had the classic room it was exceptional. The venue was set in the very central position close enough to the Houses of Parliament, and London.

My husband and I loved being there. This hotel had a central position close to tube stations. And I were close to many famous landmarks, London and Buckingham Palace.

The location was incredible and brilliant, and we could reach Broadway by walking. Loved the classic room with a large comfortable bed, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

The breakfast was delicious and the main bar was a plus. It was centrally located for seeing Buckingham Palace. It was also just off London or the UK, and pubs;)))

everything is perfect here, had a fairly nice stay in september. it boasts marvellous very central location and spotless and airy room. the michelin-starred restaurant is good, it has fresh dishes.

Appreciated our stay here and recommend. We stayed 2 nights and it was a really really nice fit. The location was incredible - ease of access to Financial District. Also, the area was fairly nice.

The hotel is family, it has great staff and facilities. Only 10 min walk to downtown. Had nice dainties at royal quarter cafe, located right at the venue. Really enjoyed staying at the executive family room.

We had 2 nights in London, spend our time here pleasantly. The hotel itself was in a nice area. Flat-screen television and a coffee machine available in the standard double room. Many thanks to receptionist!

Quality services. Hamptons Bar is within walking distance of the hotel. We greatly enjoyed it. 4-star property in London...

Such tourist sites as buckingham palace were not far from the venue. Hotel had spacious beds. A kind of EXCELLENT service. One could dine at restaurants such as Crumpets 5 minutes away.
