The Clermont London, Charing Cross

The place was spotless and luxury, it had very efficient and delightfully helpful staff in a very patronising manner. The location of this hotel right by a Trafalgar Square, convenient location next to Charing Cross tube station, Oxford Street and Oxford Circus, and the tube all day/night was absolutely perfect. We were also a minute walk from a sculpture gallery.

The stay here was thoroughly enjoyable for 5 nights. Got the same deluxe king room with comfy beds booked online, liked that. I was offered an incredible breakfast for our drinks. The location was comfortable and ideal, just off the underground, Whitehall and the staff and public transport, in particular from LHR airport. I often went to Upper Crust to pick up some food.

The hotel was set in a very central area adjacent to theater district, Oxford Street and Oxford Circus, and Trafalgar Square and the London Eye. The staff were ready to help, every need of guests is catered for.

I had a perfectly clean and airy room with a drink and the fridge. I really enjoyed the fact that a tube station was next to the hotel.

It has both affable and amicable stuff. Its location is marvellous, close to restaurants and eateries. There is a theatre and a tower close to the venue.

Reasonably large and newly renovated room with snacks and a mini bar plus a coffee for £ 262. The location close to a theatre and a tower was marvellous and stunning. The hotel close to restaurants and eateries.

The hotel was fairly clean and nicely decorated, had fantastic views of the Stand and London skyline. The staff were ready to help, that was nice. My room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with an electric kettle and glassware. Had perfect location to the Station & Underground, walk from a theatre and historic sites.

Bathroom was luxury and the room was well-appointed. The location was magnificent and perfect, met caring staff with great customer service. This hotel was in a sumptuous area right by Trafalgar Square, the National Gallery and other attractions as well as Covent Garden & Leicester Square.

Had a really comfortable stay with excellent customer service, glad I've chosen it. The location was amazing, next to so close to train station and underground as well as main attractions like Buckingham Palace. I ate at the fast food restaurant near the hotel. The staff was consistently courteous and exceptionally pleasant - I would stay here again.

Marvellous and gorgeous location not far from the Palace, Westminster, the Thames, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery and St Martin in the Fields and the Amba, Charing Cross, family ambience. Traditional and delicious selection for breakfast with cereal bowl-told bowls and fresh coffee, for example.

The property is clean with a gorgeous design, and the traditional English breakfast is warm.

The breakfast was warm with pastries, delicious scrambled egg plus smoothies, super-friendly and extremely polite staff. The location to a theatre and a tower set close to the hotel was great. Was in a busy area and close to restaurants and eateries.

The staff was responsive, the breakfast was traditional, everything was fabulous. We booked brand-new and air conditioned room. Our experience here was very very good.

The breakfast was traditional with bacon and smoothies, for instance, had everything you could want. The location was perfect - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The location was stunning and incredible, so close to nearby areas such as Covent Gardens and the theatre district, Trafalgar Square, in the heart of Theatreland and Buckingham Palace, London Bridge, Big Ben, SOHO, Covington Gardens and so much more. The staff were ready to help, everything was excellent.

Deluxe room was fashionable and newly renovated with bar all included. A lounge, a writing table, and an iron were a huge plus. The location was great in a crowded area, just off all central attractions and important places in London, tube stations, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Covent garden, and So close to Covent Garden. The vibe here was family.

Great value for money units with the mini bar. Perfect area, convenient location, short walk to Buckingham Palace, Palaces of Westminster, Westminster Abbey, Piccadilly and Regent Street. Again, not far from a Trafalgar Square art museum.

Beds were a little hard.

The breakfast served was traditional and delicious with juices, smoothies and espresso.

All the staff was superfriendly, settled my issues. The deluxe room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was recently renovated with added touches.

In overall, the place is recently refurbished, has extraordinary service-minded staff at the reception desk. The restaurant food is good, and the breakfast offered is good hot and fresh made with chicken sausages and a great assortment of fruit, for instance.

The breakfast at the Terrace-fresh food & drink was served in the restaurant. The hotel rooms were extremely pleasant and brand-new with the most beautiful birthday cake for myself, comfy bed a complimentary drinks, for example. The location a minute walk from city centre was absolutely perfect.

By and large, it was decent place for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met responsive staff from the time of our check-in until our check-out. We was here for 3 nights and ate at terrace restaurant with nice view.

Gorgeous place, it was fairly clean and had super friendly stuff with outstanding service from all members of staff. The location was incredible, next to Savoy Theatre. I was offered wines and beers at the snack-bar.

Original, perfectly clean, big size hotel, the location is easy to London attractions. The rooms are bright and practical with very clean beds and smoke detectors. An amazing bar does the trick. Very good service and the food is appetising. They provide wake up service and ironing without charge too.

The location was marvellous and stunning to all major landmarks & shopping areas. Moreover, a cantilevered observation wheel was 15 minutes' walk away. Overall it was spotless and practical with a view. A work desk, coffee/tea making machines and a TV set were there too.

It made my trip to London a very pleasant experience. The hotel was nicely presented and I liked the streets of London. The service was first-class! The location was magnificent, within walking distance of Thames River. There was a lovely restaurant at a moderate distance from the property.

The venue is exceptionally clean, the staff is efficient and excellent. The units are neat on a higher level. The hotel's location is incredible and near the train station. Don't forget to visit nearby Gino, they have best coffee ever. A nice touch is also the carbonated beverages in the main bar. Very nice experience there;))

It was an ideal base for celebrating birthday, had really nice time. We booked deluxe twin room that was complete with soft drinks as well as sofa bed as advertised. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was lovely for evening meals.
