It was a high quality place, had extremely helpful and caring staff from that member of staff. My top-notch and extremely pleasant room included very clean bed, a storage, climate control, and an iron.

Especially helpful staff team with a friendly pleasant receptionist. Very modern design of interiors in double room. Ideal location very close to the Stradford train station, easy to get around. Near Liverpool Central Library and other tourist attractions.

We truly enjoyed being there. Continental breakfast had a nice variety. We had a pretty nice bedroom. Its location was super central, near Chinatown.

The positives include great and very funky location and parking on site. Continental breakfast offers lots of excellent food choices.

There were not very comfortable beds.

The location was marvellous and lovely too close to the train tracks resulting in many times being woken up early in tge morning after a late night out, in front of a train station. It was stylish, functional and with flowers etc. The staff was amazingly nice.

Excellent and unbeatable location in the extremely comfortable area, really close to Stratford Station and the Westfield Shopping Centre and shopping mall 500 m away.

Came here for 4 night stay, had a real good experience. I asked for double room and it was immaculate. The bed was comfortable, I enjoyed it. The location was unbeatable and the staff was efficient during the whole stay! Besides, a sporting complex and public park was 2 km away from the property.

Make sure to get double room with coffee, drinks plus the tea. Hospitable staff ensures you spend a real good time here.

My stay was real good here. The hotel was overall clean with incredible location very near the huge shopping centre with lots of eating places and immaculate rooms. Central location was a plus. Having different welcome drinks in the downstairs bar was a very nice touch.
