Luxurious and clean hotel with outstanding food and efficient staff. Particularly good location including a tube station opposite the place. Based in a very nice quiet area.

The breakfast had variety of fruit juices, croissants, butter, cereals, and jam. Its perfect, central location was a plus. And we were close enough to Knightsbridge, nearby underground and bus stations and Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Kensington and tube stations.

The hotel was top quality and perfectly clean, had beautiful views of the Park. We loved fruit juice, croissants, butter, cereal, and jam served during the continental breakfast. The venue was in a central location right near Hyde park.

The location was convenient and perfect, really close to the architecturally imposing Lancaster Gate square. Stayed in brand-new superior twin room where the shower did work.

It is a nicely updated and reasonably priced hotel with incredibly beautiful view of the Park. The location is comfortable and decent and personnel is very responsive. Westminster Borough district deserves your time and attention. I would go back in flash, liked my very good stay.

Possibly the best and very very good stay for three nights. The professional staff all round. Perfect and decent location in a very nice area so close to Leicester Square and around Hyde Park, Queensway and Paddington Stations and the main shopping hub. Again, walking distance to an expansive park.

I stayed for 3 nights here and had a very very good time. I got well furnished room on top of the wardrobe. Air conditioning, a kettle, and a writing desk turned out to be good. Everything was fine, excellent value for money.

Cheap hotel in a good area near to Lancaster Gate subway station, Marble Arch-right across the street from The Lancaster Gate of Hyde Park and Hyde Park and Lancaster Gate Tube station. Convenient and decent location, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a Hyde park. A very good stay during Easter holidays.

Pleasant staff, exceptionally good views of the Park, everything is well-maintained. The location is great, not very far from a Hyde park. What's more, it's close to a theatre and a palace. The hotel has a nice restaurant for breakfast, excellent value for money.

The weather was glorious, had very positive stay for three nights. The location was great and nearby an underground station. It was set close to a circus and eateries.

The hotel's position was magnificent, close enough to Hyde Park, other areas, and the national historic Museum, and royal Albert Hall.

Every time we stay in London, like to stay here. The breakfast is pretty decent, liked cereals, cheese, fruit juice, croissants and butter. The room is new-fashioned, excellent value for money. Offers very good service and delightful food. In fact, there is excellent internet. The location is decent and easy, 2 km from Royal Albert Hall. And it's short walk to restaurants, Bayswater tube stations and Hyde Park.

Overall it was compact and recently refurbished, with a functional bathroom. The food on offer at continental breakfast was fab. The location was handy and easy, for example, Queensway Tube was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The staff team was well-trained at any time.

This is a quaint hotel in a really nice building. The staff are welcoming, they keep the place fairly clean. A superb bar does the trick. Nothing too much trouble, a very pleasant experience, would stay here again.

Make sure to get executive queen room with friendly breakfast. Its decor is beautiful.

The location was marvellous, not too far from Queensway Tube. They gave a superior twin room with underground heating, balcony, for example as we booked.
