Good and excellent food. Tastefully decorated rooms with a fresh decor, nice beds with feather pillows. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location short walk to museums, Albert Hall, and the Underground, Gloucester Street tube station and the bus stop for the 'hop on hop off' tour bus in a beautiful area. Close to a publicly owned art museum and 200 metres from a public park.

The economy single room is compact and nice cosy. The location is magnificent and unbeatable and close to a good area, several museums and Gloucester Rd tube.

Greatly enjoyed how reasonably priced and modern the property was. The location was magnificent, close to the attractions like a museum and a palace, and others. Furthermore, the hotel was relatively near Manchester Town Hall. We spent 5 nights in well-appointed and nice cosy suite with a bathtub. The staff was efficient and delivered exceptional service.

Grounds were kept fairly clean, breakfast was very good. The staff was very efficient and attentive, they were always available. The hotel location was magnificent and absolutely perfect close to tube. Further, it was close to Kensington Palace for tea, museums, pubs, restaurants, and London Heathrow airport. You guys made my stay enjoyable.

The economy room I stayed in was compact with a bath. Free tea and coffee, a kettle, and sound-proofed windows turned out to be good. The location was magnificent and perfect and the room was clean.

We liked location and rooms - very GOOD. Within short walking distance of gloucester road metro station, some 5 minutes walk. Moreover, there was public parking.

Every place we needed, such as Victoria and Albert Museum was just a walk down to this hotel. All staff was HELPFUL. We could have lunch in Paul Gloucester set within 100 feet. It was located next to a subway station.
