The location was marvellous and fab, right next to a cable car station, so it was really easy to travel around. We were given a reasonably large and beautifully designed room with a balcony, a lounge area, and coffee.

Well-maintained rooms with a great view at sunset. Fab location so close to the restaurant which is so close by, the Tower of London, and Excel Exhibition Centre. Plus, 15 minutes drive from Emirates Aviation Experience.

Had great stay for one night and the weather was very good. It was in the central location helpful to make guests better aware of the transport facilities. I ate at the a la carte restaurant near the hotel.

Cosy base for 1 night with extremely accommodating staff at reception desk. Delicious breakfast choice with smoked salmon, the deck food and pre cooked eggs. Great and lovely location next to the Emirates cable cars from the O2, frenetic central London and the resturant, quick check-in.

Generally, loved this unusual accommodation with gentle staff on night shift. The breakfast was warm and delicious with a great selection of lovely options. The location was good, to the London Aquatic centre, in the absolutely stunning area. We needed a place for shopping, everything was perfect.

The location was great and stunning, right next to a cable car station, if you need it. It was across the very quiet area. Amazingly nice team on check-out.

By and large, it was stunningly beautiful and cool place with fast staff who provided a professional yet warm service.

Would stay here again, when I stay in London. The hotel is in a great and stunning position and the airport is 5 km away. It's set in a very quiet area. A cable car station is right next to the venue.

We ate at an excellent restaurant which served delicious piping hot food. It included a lounge area, a kettle, and a sofa, although the views were not so great.

The restaurant was wonderful with a great view from the restaurant here, I had appetising dishes.

Really quiet area, central location just next door to tube to London Eye and the Excel Exhibition and Convention centre. Again, walking distance to an international convention centre. Delicious selection for breakfast with jam etc well worth paying for, London rates plus pre cooked eggs.

Wonderful hotel with a mostly pleasant staff and a downstairs bar. Great location - short walk to the Sunborn Yacht, the capitol through Tower Bridge and the Emirates cable car over the Thames. Besides, very convenient to Landed. Quick check-in and friendly service. Everything excellent.

Everything was excellent, consistently courteous staff made our stay really great. The hotel's position was great and brilliant, to Excel Exhibition hall. The whole room was neat and had a lounge, climate control, and a kettle. We really enjoyed the lounge area during the breakfast. The view was lovely, the service was accommodating.

The breakfast is delicious and sensational with views to match, has fabulous food. All the rooms are well presented and well-kept with a balcony and the staff are competent.

The whole room was air conditioned with chocolates, the balcony view plus good views.

It was fairly clean, and the people were polite and fast. We didn't have time, yet the full English breakfast looked marvellous.

Everything was simply very good. We had the classic family room provided with the bar, big TVs, for instance. The location was unbeatable for walking around an international convention centre. We dined at a very nice nearby restaurant with Chinese dishes.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable and ideal - a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Crystal. Moreover, it's next to the Sunborn Yacht, London and the cafe.

The restaurant here was outstanding for two meals and two rounds of drinks at a local restaurant, we both ordered wonderful dishes. Beds were lovely. The location was marvellous and lovely, for example, an international convention centre was at a short distance from the hotel.

The hotel is pleasant with superfriendly personnel at reception desk. The building is pretty, the room is beautifully maintained and airy. The location is central, really close to shore, the many bars and Canary Wharf, the City, Westminster or the Southbank. You will be about a 5-minute drive from Dock Beach.

The room was huge with a balcony. An individual safe, air conditioner, an iron and ironing board worked well. The place had a family atmosphere.

The setting was quite awesome within easy reach of Emirates Air Line.

Generally, the place was magnificent and had attentive staff with the most hospitable member of staff. The room was huge and exceptional, our beds were comfortable.
