Great place with charming staff who went the extra mile for getting me to a room via wheelchair. The breakfast was gorgeous, amazing for all tastes. Easy access to London Heathrow airport, within 25 km.

The breakfast was delicious and super and the place was fairly clean. Met patient staff at the night shift. We had lunch in the a la carte restaurant.

Its location only a short distance to St Johns Market was marvellous. It was a modern area nearby an underground station.

Central location of this moderately priced hotel was a bonus. A subway station was located nearby the venue.

Exceptional service, though a few employees were very arrogant. The breakfast with an excellent cappuccino and many lovely options to suit all tastes, for example was absolutely fantastic and the people were nice and very kind there. The location was unbeatable, not very far from a publicly owned art museum.

This hotel was great value for money, seeing price-lists in other hotels. All in all, it was best base for travelling to London. I appreciated staying here, the location was absolutely perfect and the staff were wonderfully helpful people who was extremely friendly and obliging during check-in and check-out. Plus it was in a very nice area.

This location was unbeatable and nice, next to all london attractions from tube station, several good pubs, and Metro and different stores and restaurants. The bedroom was good quality and brand-new. Very efficient employees helped us a lot.

Breakfast was incredible, decent views, magnificent location very close to both Heathrow airport and the city of London, and public transport. The room was budget and kept very clean.

Regarding price, think it's great value for money for London. In overall, the place is fully equipped, has very efficient and friendly efficient staff with 'another' member of staff.

Fully equipped and fairly clean place with friendly efficient and incredibly helpful staff at the night shift. Location - nice, just next door to in the other shopping centre and the tubes and local amenities. Plus, so close to Chinatown.

The room was neat, and budget, with free wireless internet and an iron. We had an awesome view on the skyline and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Nearby a subway station, the location was magnificent and incredible, near the train station.

It was great value for money with a great décor. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, but the views were awful.

All in all everything was excellent, had a great stay for a family vacation. Everyone was enthusiastic and courteous. The venue was in a central location just off easy transport, mixed areas and shops and restaurants. Also, an art-house cinema was just 1 km away. We enjoyed sitting in the restaurant with buffet fir breakfast or dinner.

It was clean, everyone was particularly helpful. Had central location to the restaurant for breakfast at 8 am. Also, there was a private sporting club, set within 5 minutes drive. The à la carte restaurant and lively bar, we really enjoyed them.

Our rooms were updated with fridge, a sofa bed and ironing board. An electric kettle and refrigerators were provided.

Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay during the weekend. The breakfast was super for 24hr food, and the stuff was particularly helpful! Liked the location in the area as well as Broadway shopping centre. Plus, it was not far from the nearby police station, Good near to venue, and several good pubs and restaurants within walking distance.

The location is amazing, to the Kate Bush event at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith.

All in all they offer INCREDIBLE service. There is parking on site.

This hotel was located in a central area really close to the Eventim Apollo as well as Hammersmith Underground and bus station. It also was near to the stations.

We were there for 1 day, everything was great, appreciated its brilliant and pleasant location next to the tube and Olympia and the train lines, offices.

The venue is clean, with unbeatable and brilliant location close enough to tube, Eventim Apollo and London with a car. The staff are obliging, the breakfast is satisfactory. They have complementary beverages in the main bar. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

I booked air conditioned double room here with otherwise, a sofa plus the bathroom. The location was stunning - minutes from restaurants and bars. There was plenty of places nearby that offered food: restaurants and bars.

Nice place for a 2-night stay. Helpful staff and superior accommodation. There's pulse juice bar serving quick orders so close to the hotel.
