The place was fairly clean with a friendly attentive staff with different staff members.

Wi-Fi was slow tbh and there was a bit hard bed in my room.

Reasonably priced and relatively quiet location for my purposes. Fully-equipped units with comfortable bed.

Thanks everyone for a thoroughly enjoyable stay that is going to last more than one night. All of the staff were friendly efficient, attentive. The breakfast was complimentary and included. The location was convenient and handy there, in the taxi they 'd ordered for me. Also, the hotel was not too far away from Albert Square. I appreciated it, didn't want to say goodbye, would definitely recommend.

Views were quite bad.

Liked our stay, had nice 1 day overall. We had a nice big bedroom. It was brand-new with luxury bathroom. The staff were very efficient and wonderfully helpful in case of questions. The hotel was in a central setting to Hyde Park close to the Marble Arch. Again, Albert Square was close.

Cereal and pastries were excellent as well as the drinks. The venue was in a very central location near Very close to the Paddington station, the spa areas and the staff areas, and sounds of London. Also, it was relatively close to Norfolk Square Gardens.

I had a really nice stay, the hotel was wonderful small and reasonably priced. I found the property's location excellent, near to Paddington train station, and Paddington tube and Lancaster Gate tube. Also, it was near a publicly owned art museum. The service was efficient, just like I expected. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

They asked to pay gbp 8 per 24 hours to get access to the net, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

Handy and magnificent location easy to get as well as other public transportations, met required needs. Again, the hotel was around 10-15 minutes walk from a neo-gothic library.

I liked staying in this extremely comfy place. The location was perfect and realy good to most attractions in London. Found Urbis Building, it's just a short stroll away from the hotel. All the staff were service-oriented and responsive giving some tips about the city.

The hotel was immaculately clean and had outstandingly helpful and responsive staff from the bellcap to the manager. Cereals and pastries were good and complemented the traditional English breakfast. The rear view was great and the location was convenient, not far from Hyde Park and the Paddington bus station, which was great for getting the Heathrow Express back to the airport and paddington station / underground. Besides, the property was within easy walking distance of a royal museum.

Clean hotel, excellent co-operating employees who took care of my luggage after check-out. Magnificent and amazing location in London, near London for business, Paddington eateries and shops and Convent garden & Oxford street.

Ample sized and luxurious room, unbeatable location near the train station. Lots of food at English breakfast including pastries and bacon to order.

Particularly good location overlooking the rear and near to London at 11pm after a very long flight, and the paddington station, Elizabeth line and Heathrow express.

Beds were very uncomfortable.

The breakfast was hot and large as expected with baked beans, tea or coffee plus cheese. It had lovely location for everything we wanted to see.

The location of the hotel in London is unbeatable and brilliant, not far from an excellent restaurant, and Hyde park and all other London hight lights. The breakfast is very very good served with sausages, fruit juice, a healthier option.

Perfect and so excellent location for London, close to the central london, Paddington Station and also the beautiful Hyde Park and the tube and rail. Besides, very convenient to Sussex Gardens Open Space.

Had an extra special stay for a night, glad I've chosen it. Liked staying at the well-equipped deluxe room with great electronics. The location was ideal and so excellent, near sleeping area, convenient to go everywhere. Besides, Norfolk Square Gardens was easily accessible.

The location of the property was reasonably priced and relatively quiet as we were near to a bottle of wine, Paddington Station / Heathrow express, and many bars and restaurants. Loved great value for money and brand-new deluxe queen room in good condition, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

We had the deluxe queen room which was very good sized and great value with showers. The restaurant was really nice and the breakfast was typical english with a healthier option than the full English and the toaster machine, as example.

The club twin room was cheap with a kettle, a hair dryer, and tea and coffee. Had very central location within an easy walk of Marble Arch. Besides, a Hyde park was 1 km away from the property.

This hotel was clean and spacious. Large breakfast with a good choice of cereals and pastries to satisfy every guest. Magnificent location in excellent area, short walk to train and tubes, the Paddington train station, and the underground, bus stop and railway. Besides, easy to get to Bayswater.

I was there for 2 nights and ate at in-house restaurant if for breakfast. I was surprised by the great rear view. The location was top - near the underground, bus stop, restaurants shops & coffee shops and all the eateries in Paddington.

The staff were extremely great, the breakfast was amazing and everything was brand-new. My club twin room was available with free wireless internet access, suitable soundproofing, tea and coffee. The bed was exceptionally comfortable & the bathroom was neat. The location was marvellous, near underground and rail, areas in London and restaurant, and had exceptionally good views. I ate at the lobby restaurant near the hotel.

It had realy good location, right by to the Heathrow Express, many good pubs and restaurants and Paddington Station and access to Heathrow Terminal via the Heathrow Express located at the station. And it was relatively close to a royal residence.

The location was amazing and lovely - close to restaurants and a stadium.

By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met friendly efficient and brilliantly helpful staff from the bellcap to the manager. Deluxe double room was high standard with very clean bed. We walked everywhere, the location was convenient and handy, to most popular sights from there. Nothing to complain about, the hotel met what was needed.

The location was central, magnificent near to tourist attraction. Moreover, it was just next door to a train station and a metro station, and Close to Kensington gardens with the lido.

Central location of this good all round hotel was a bonus. The restaurant was really nice with fast food and restaurants nearby, we ordered delicious dishes.

This hotel is silent and clean, it has free Wi-Fi and a lobby restaurant. It has smart and excellent co-operating staff like a general manager. The breakfast is large and abundant, appreciated cereals and pastries. This is a property go-to for London!

My deluxe room was tastefully decorated for wheelchair users. I liked the breakfast, the food was outstanding. The location was perfect and realy good for everything I could possibly need.

The location was awesome, close to Leinster Gardens. The breakfast was traditional especially pastries and bacon.

Easy to get to, comfortable and handy location next to the Paddington tube There, the metro, restaurants, attractions, and shops, restaurants, Hyde park and Paddington underground. Again, not far from Bayswater.

All good - we loved this hip new hotel - the food was delicious and the staff were affable. It was in a marvellous and premier location close to restaurants and bars.

We had the deluxe queen room provided with Amazing lighting, also as a sofa, as example. The food was incredible with lots of alternatives.

The deluxe queen room is immaculate and has central heating, satellite TV and ironing facilities. The location is stunning and magnificent, very close to Hyde park.

Very pleasant building, stunning and reasonable location just next door to Paddington Station, metro and train and London. Also, near marble arch so close to all shopping. The hotel's location was central, in store. Moreover, it's close to supermarkets and Hyde Park and Paddington station. We stayed in an exceptional double room with a bath and a Jacuzzi.
