I enjoyed a balcony, a kitchenette, and a dining table in the brand-new and great-sized room. There was a wide array of nice meals.

Pretty poor hotel, even so with responsive staff and complimentary wi-fi. Brand-new rooms, nice looking bathrooms, incredibly large beds. Had ideal a TV set, a small mini fridge, and a dining table. Easy check-in, parking on-site. Handy and easy location for enjoying restaurants and bars close to the venue. Located close to a subway station.

Location: the hotel was next to several convenience stores, queensway & bayswater tube stations and restaurants around the corner. Also, it was within 15 minutes by car from Saint Anne's Well.

The room I booked was cheap and spotless with three single beds, fresh linens and microwave. It had a marvellous and brilliant location so close to the train station and restaurants/ cafes, Hyde park and underground station and a taxi to main attractions.

Brand-new room which had a safe box, a balcony, and a kitchenette. The bed was extra large; and there was a walk-in shower. Lovely and stunning location, it was close to an underground station.

Enjoyed every detail about my enjoyable 1 night stay here. In overall the room was a nice size and with dining set for 2, a large bed and microwave. There were a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge too. It was in a handy location close to restaurants and bars. A park and a hill were short walk from the hotel.

Greatly enjoyed kitchenette in my reasonably large and recently refurbished room. The location for London was excellent, close enough to Hyde Park, local shops, restaurants, bars and the tube station with easy access to central London, main attractions and supermarkets/tube station/buses/restaurant.

The room was decent size and recently renovated with kitchenette. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, which was great.

I did not want to leave there, had a really lovely experience and would love to stay here again. The food was good with a huge variety of choice! The location was magnificent to halal restaurants, close to a subway station. Café Cafe Diana located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Overall I spent my time lovely. All the staff was responsive and well-trained, fixed my issues. The room was budget and brand-new, had a TV set, a small refrigerator, and a dining table. Its perfect, central location was a plus. A huge variety of options nearby, I visited restaurants and bars close to the hotel. I went to a good restaurant and really enjoyed the Middle Eastern dishes.

Everyone was very friendly and responsive.

The staff were all absolutely amazing and wonderful.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 5 nights, yet everything was good. It was close enough to the nearest tube station, tube, shops and restaurants and halal restaurants, great location overall. Plus, main attraction such as Staines Moor Country Park was 3 km from this hotel. The vibe here was family.

Budget units for a long mirror in the bedroom, loved it. I found the hotel's location good and absolutely perfect, close to the centre of London, and Kensington Gardens and palace.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. Nice restaurant, cheap and neat room with a large bed, a kitchenette, as example. Magnificent, incredible location in the good quiet area. Besides, easy to get to a royal residence.

The location was excellent in a very nice area, next to the airport, and 2 tube stations and plenty of shops bars and restaurants close by. Westminster Borough district was worth visiting.

It had fine food, nice stuff. It had great and brilliant location a few steps away from a Kensington palace. Also, the area was central.

Enjoyed the way our triple room with a shared bathroom was arranged. Everything was perfect and the staff were excellent and gentle. The location was good and unbeatable, for example, an underground station was near the venue.

The great and brilliant location was a few steps away from Porchester Square Gardens. I really enjoyed being within a 5-minute walk from the tube.

This quiet hotel was in very central location opposite Hyde Park. All of the staff were lovely, charming.

We think it's a useful base for staying in London. The staff are nice, the location is pleasant.

Our hotel was in a magnificent location, close to a tube station. We had lunch at nearby Amorino Queensway, tried their fast food options.

Very central location was a plus. Btw, the airport was 20 km away. The room was cheap and just what we needed, nice and courteous staff.

The staff was absolutely amazing and wonderful, helped a lot. It was outstanding, tidy and with double bed.

We had a very enjoyable time. Overall we enjoyed that quiet hotel. Close to a subway station, the location was perfect and easy, near two tube stations which made it easy for getting into the city.

Tbh, had a such great stay for two nights. Fairly clean hotel, I loved really kind staff. This accommodation had a very central setting to the Prine Albert pub. Besides, it was right by the city center, 2 tube stations which made travelling around London, and 2 major tube lines and Hyde Park.

I had a cheap room with a shared bathroom and everything was good. A microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators were very handy. The great and beautiful location walk from an underground station was just what I needed.

Its location was central, quite close to Queen Victoria Statue. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was nice.

The location was unbeatable, close to Queensway Tube. This hotel was in a very nice area so close to Very close to Bayswater station / Hyde Park / shops / restaurants as well as Hyde Park and the public transport. The room was large and newly remodelled here in sweat. It was nice to have a coffee maker, a fridge and an oven available.

Came here for 1 night with my daughter, had a very pleasant stay. The food was good, with a lot of options. The staff was well-trained and check in was easy.

Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in London. The location was brilliant and awesome and near a park and a hill. It was a good quiet area, a great base for me: )

I appreciated 1 night there. The hotel was budget, spent my time lovely here. Had an a nice size room to myself with dishwashing soap & sponge, kitchenette ie oven plus four beds. Having a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets was a bonus. The staff was responsive and well-trained the whole time of my stay.

Clean property with really kind staff. Great and brilliant location for visiting a circus and eateries. Greatly enjoyed central area. Nice restaurants.

Plenty of FINE food. Budget and spotless units available with a large bed, a kettle and toaster. Amiable personnel and great and lovely location near to shops.

Overall it was newly remodelled where my kids were sleeping. Had a coffee maker, a fridge and an oven at my disposal.

The location of the hotel was great and brilliant - relatively close to Bayswater. The check-in was early and the atmosphere was family overall.

Really enjoyed our time here. We have booked double room with ideal facilities. In the restaurant they served Middle Eastern cuisine dishes.

Reception staff were just friendly! A 15-minute walk to paddington.
