The units were well-appointed and extremely pleasant with panoramic views from 2 sided glass walls. The location is unbeatable, as the hotel is based in the central area. All in all they offer really great service.

Overall it was neat, with a marble bathroom. The location in a residential area was great and stunning.

Appreciated to spend 2 days in our functional classic double room with amazing views, the bedroom, as for instance. The location was marvellous and stunning for exploring this calm area, next to Royal Lancaster London providing the magic, the THAI restaurant outstanding, and the Lancaster Gate underground.

The breakfast was exceptionally good and really tasty with Cumberland sausages and a wonderful view, for instance and had something for everyone. My executive room was neat and compact with great views of the london skyline.

We were moved to a deluxe queen room with a view of hyde park. Amazing location to attractions like a massive central square, that was a short walk to the hotel.

The accommodation was exquisite with highly efficient staff. The food was excellent, drinks were soft. The location offered was good and fab next to the bars or restaurants and Lancaster Gate tube station which is on the central line. Besides, the hotel was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a Hyde park.

The bathroom was a little small and Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

They gave us a classic room with excellent view, tea, for example. The location in a residential area was great and there were a shopping centre and a small store nearby.

The place was clean and incredible, had consistently courteous staff from a member of staff who forgot it there. Great and stunning location so close to lovely parks and Mayfair, I felt safe. Besides, the hotel was 3 km away from Mayfair.

Close to a tube station, the location was magnificent and amazing, right at the Lancaster Gate tube stop. Also, a Hyde park was just 1 km away.

The classic room overlooks the city and includes an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and glassware. The hotel is in a stunning and wonderful location, close to a tube station.

The weather was lovely, had just perfect stay on business trip. It was in an amazing location short walk to Hyde Park and the beautiful fountains as well as Royal Lancaster during Christmas. Moreover, it was 2 km from a Hyde park.

Magnificent super central location close enough to marriot marable arch, and the Heatrow airport via Paddington. Easily reached Angelus Restaurant, located approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. I booked classic double room, it was contemporary and complete with a great view, the wooden cabinets and the bar. The breakfast was reasonably good and reasonably priced, all in all food was gorgeous.

I was there for 5 nights and ate at attached restaurant for breakfast. The bathroom was marble-lined and it had shower facilities and a bathtub for my convenience. The great and beautiful location was around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Paddington.

The breakfast was inclusive, by enthusiastic Italian waitress and the staff was very amiable.

We only slept at the executive double room with an unbelievable view overlooking london, but liked it. The service was EXCELLENT and the location was great.

It was a very good stay for a weekend. The staff was especially helpful and the breakfast was enjoyable. Everything was second to none as expected, though the bathroom was very small. I loved the lobby during the breakfast. The location was super central, magnificent to Airport with Heathrow Express.

Hospitable place, it was clean and had welcoming and exceptional staff at every level. The location was marvellous for walking around a 23-hectare park. This hotel was located in a beautiful area.

It's luxury place to stay 3 km away from Oxford Street. The setting is particularly good, really close to the London skyline, central London and the Royal Lancaster, downstairs lounge area.

Generally, loved this pleasant and comfy accommodation with incredible staff with their excellent customer service. The restaurant here was exceptional for breakfast, we both ordered healthy dishes. A coffeemaker, refrigerators and glassware were a huge plus

Stayed in classic double room, it was airy and with nice design. There was very comfy bed, USB ports, blinds and thick blackout curtains. The staff were amiable and accommodating and took care of me. By the way, I paid gbp 55 per day to get parking lot. The location was stunning and a subway station was close to the hotel. Besides, the area was beautiful, next to Boy David Memorial...

It's nestled in a truly wonderful building with comfortable location by Lancaster Gate tube station. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is brilliant.

City skyline view was worthy. The staff were exceptional people at their customer service, and location was magnificent and brilliant. It was located in a nice area. The downstairs bar was nice and the drinks were hot.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at signature restaurant for breakfast. Its location within easy walking distance of an expansive park was stunning.

Welcome base for a 2-night stay. We appreciated the fact that there were a minibar, climate control and a private safe in the room.

Pere Michel is a short walk to the hotel. London is worth city trip, lancaster gate subway station is 5 minutes walk for better exploring. We appreciated the fact that we chose royal lancaster london.

Food was FRESH. Best hotel experience. Just several blocks from hyde park gardens and other tourist spots.
