The location was very central and close to a tower and a theatre. It was set close to eateries and pubs.

Great and brilliant location in the great area, not far from Right next to underground station and tower bridge, subway. Plus, a minute walk from Liverpool Central Library.

Well presented property, has very supportive staff with their service. Good food for free of charge breakfast for value. Very nice area, absolutely perfect and nice location, really close to the Tower of London and tube station, and the underground's. Near a sculpture gallery.

The staff were energetic and kind.

A balcony, a mini bar fridge, and an air conditioner were available in my superior room. I had an English breakfast, it was always great value for money.

I came here for 2 nights and had a fantastic stay. The breakfast looked delicious and lovely, for value, unfortunately I didn't have time and didn't try it. I had a perfect room complete with a storage, an iron, and a hair dryer. The staff was great, I'm grateful for their help.

I was here for 2 nights and ate at outdoor restaurant for breakfast. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too. The hotel was in a very central setting to the spa area which is lovely. Moreover, it was really close to Tower, trains and tubes and good transport links and Minories car park.

Great and fabulous place to stay 2 km away from The View from The Shard. Very quick check-in and easy check-out, parking nearby. Pool had a jacuzzi and a hot tub too.

It was a superior hotel, situated extremely conveniently for getting to London City airport. We enjoyed a mini-bar, central heating and a flat-screen TV. Booked table at Forum, it's their onsite restaurant.

This hotel is equal to 4 stars. Enjoyed their on-site restaurant Lutetia Bar and Brasserie, it was good.

Direct connection to borough market. Revolution america square served dishes within 600 feet off the hotel. Brent district definitely deserves exploring. We greatly enjoyed it.

Aqua Shard, set within 15 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. The hotel staff was helpful. Fantastic base for a trip in London! It was definitely 4 stars for us...
