Brand-new, great little room with a good-sized bathroom.

I have stayed in the deluxe double room with a writing desk and an iron.

The deluxe queen room was charming little and had a storage space, a small balcony, and a safe box. Magnificent and stunning location in the lovely area and it was a bonus to be next to a bus station.

Functional king guest room was charming little. The bed was comfortable and there were a lounge, a writing desk, and an iron to use.

A wide range of food for the full English breakfast. Brand-new and good-sized room, good-sized bathroom. Also set next to a bus station.

We ate at a nice restaurant from the bar or restaurant. The location was marvellous and stunning, close to Liverpool Central Library.

Everything is very comfortable here, had an enjoyable stay for service in the bar and restaurant during the day and evening. The rooms are newly renovated and extremely pleasant, with a writing desk and an iron.

The breakfast was sensational with canapés and a member maybe-great value, for instance and the restaurant food was decent. The hotel location was great and stunning convenient to all the attractions.

Riverside location in communal areas such as the dining areas. Silent & soundproof unit with water pressure was absolutely dire, a view of the garbage can, as example.

Amazing full English breakfasts with view of Canary Wharf, premium wi-fi. New-fashioned room, nice beds. Stunning, fab location in the very quiet area.

The hotel had a riverside position next to the river from Canary Wharf, Canary Wharf, the 02 Arena and public transport and London for the Country festival at the o2 arena. The staff were exceptional and always pleasant, thanks to them everything was modern. The breakfast deal was absolutely superb with from yogurts, a member maybe-great value and omelettes.

Glad I took king guest room, it was brand-new and great little.

Everything was very comfortable, incredible location so close to a ferry to the center of London, Canary Wharf & transport links and restaurants and the public transport, enjoyable experience. The overall atmosphere was elegant, however some staff members were slightly disorganised. Liked the deluxe queen room and the way it was setup.

The venue is fairly clean and big size, views are breathtaking, the location is beautiful so close to canning town, and London Stadium at Stratford. The rooms are extremely pleasant, the bar is fantastic. Its full English breakfast is a must, with a lot of delightful meals.

Its location is marvellous and beautiful, short walk to both ferry, and Docklands bars and restaurants. The twin room is new-fashioned with excellent views, iron, a balcony.

The property was fairly clean and simply stunning. The rooms they offer were newly renovated and perfect little with a balcony, tinier sink, a balcony view of the riverside. The service was very efficient, I had 1 quiet night here. I greatly enjoyed the stay.

Truly exceptional and extremely convenient accommodation with incredible setting very close to bus link as well as free ferry to Canary wharf. Elegant vibe, attentive and caring personnel at the reception desk.

The hotel was gorgeous and in a riverside location. Incredibly welcoming staff at the reception desk, the breakfast was absolutely superb. I had nice bed and exposed brickwork in the neat.

The location was riverside, so close to the tube and bus lines, venues and attractions 'south of the river', and the Thames river over side of Canary Warf. The staff were attentive and incredibly polite in the entire hotel. The room turned out to be recently refurbished and decent size with an iron, a balcony, for instance.

Comforts of deluxe double room were fabulous - a storage, a lounge, and a writing table. Full English breakfast was extensive and savoury.

The property was fairly clean and cool and the location was marvellous and lovely. I really enjoyed the neat room with a shower, a balcony, comfy bed. Marvellous and tasty breakfast, best ever had, with views across the Thames and alcoholic and gluten free bread. The service here was great.

There was something as fresh coffee missing, we were a little disappointed.

The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, West India Docks was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. You could walk to a supermarket and convenience stores. Tidy and adequate room with excellent views, cool staff — everything was great.

Appealing trendy boutique place with marvellous and fab location close enough to restaurants and shops on the other side of the thames as well as the nearest tube which is 30 minutes away. Soundproof and new-fashioned rooms with an amazing view.

the location was brilliant, really close to the restaurant and canary wharf and the o2 arena and tubes, in a very quite area. they gave us a perfectly clean and huge room with a river view.

Had good sleep at the queen room with balcony, a fantastic view, for example.

Fairly clean place and stunning location, enjoyed welcoming and polite staff. I got complimentary queen room with the view as an upgrade, nice gesture. Everything was good, nevertheless a few employees were not very helpful.

Everything was great and the staff was great. The check in was early, the room was stunning and beautiful with a fantastic view, a USB port, a balcony. I was satisfied with wake-up service available. This was my second memorable stay here and I would stay here again.

The hotel was good value. Tight bathrooms. We really enjoyed to chill in the nearby gordon ramsay the narrow.
