Brilliant place, clean, reasonable value. Well-organised service with private parking available nearby. The pool was heated, comfortable to sit around. Very central location near to Waterloo station.

Overall it was normal double, with a communal bathroom.

Lovely and excellent place, elegant staff with the best service from the staff. Lovely bed in the superior double room, plus a sofa set, a coffee table, and a kettle. Centrally located in the lovely area. A great restaurant and a main bar available.

Incredible location not far from all the main sights and the Underground, most tourist locations and in front of Westminster Bridge, air conditioned and generous sized rooms. Caring, very informative staff members from other staff member.

The room was fantastic, offered useful things, such as a microwave, an electric kettle, and glassware. The location was super for traveling around London, close to Parliament and Big Ben, the Thames river side and the lovely cafes or restaurants.

Comfortable bedroom. Marvellous and good location in a very open area, right by the most famous landmark of London, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace, and walking to the West End and local tourist attractions.

Clean property, breakfast is savoury and reasonably priced. The staff are excellent and smart and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. It is centrally located between two train stations. A lobby restaurant has outstanding meals.

Overall had fantastic stay during our first visit to London and surrounding area. The hotel's location was super, near to Waterloo and Westminster, and main galleries, shops, restaurants, theatres. Found time to see The Cavern Club, that's at a medium distance from the property.

Had 5 nights in London, spent our time here really good. The room was comfortable quiet and well stocked with a balcony facing Big Ben and refreshments plus sofa, and the staff were more than helpful.

The views were not ideal.

Decent staff and delicious and savoury breakfast with lip smacking delicacies and the houses of parliament, as for instance that lived up to my expectations. The location was marvellous, for the Old Vic theatre I were visiting and the interior design was gorgeous.

The room was stocked and a decent size with an open shower and a shower in the communal bathroom. The hotel was in a very central setting near plenty of attractions.

Had a memorable stay for over £ 600 for 3 nights, everything was well-maintained. It had unbeatable location, right by different areas and short walk to the Underground. Visited a riveting museum, one of the tourist spots, located just a short stroll away from the hotel.

The staff was smart, lovely friendly, and responded promptly to requests. Really enjoyed staying at the excellent sized studio suite with a view of big ben.

The accommodation had a very central location in a "cave ". And it was also really close to Westminister Bridge, the Coca-Cola London Eye and one of the most famous landmarks of London, and Westminster and the Waterloo station.

Well, the area was unwelcoming overall.

Booked it for 4 days and had a very positive experience. The breakfast was exceptional on a commercial rate and the staff were more than helpful. Amazing service was provided here. Besides, our parking was nearby. The hotel was in the very central setting in a very accessible area.

I had en suite, contemporary rooms with a coffeemaker, 2 televisions, and a storage. The location for London was marvellous, near attractions, subways, and bus stop, the London Eye and Big Ben, Houses of Parliment.

By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in London, had much fun. Elegant team at reception desk. The hotel's location was stunning, not far from walking distance, Westminster Bridge, Waterloo Station, and the Eye and a lesson.

The property was pleasant with efficient and cooperative staff with by management, I really enjoyed the stay. The food was outstanding, I tried coffee and pudding. The location was marvellous and particularly good - ease of access to London Aquarium.

Very good breakfast options with sausage, an assortment of foods, the omelettes done to order within minutes. Pretty nice area, very central location close enough to most tourist attraction, and Westminster Abbey and St James park. Again, walking distance to a cantilevered observation wheel.

It has awesome facilities and marvellous location to a taxi or to the Circle line train to the Westminster station. For breakfast they offer coffee and pudding in the lounge area.

I had the studio suite which was neat and immaculate. The staff were pleasant and the design was nice. The location was marvellous and convenient, not very far from a 13.7-tonne bell.

The place was clean with an efficient and excellent staff. The room I got was stylish with the bedroom, hot drinks, a terrace. All the services were outstanding! The spa was there to chill out.
