The hotel had a central location to the embankment tube station. Also, it was at a walking distance from a neo-gothic library. The service was very good and the food was local! And they had free coffee in the reception area.

Everything is very good here, had a very nice stay for your vacation in this beautiful city. The staff are extraordinarily friendly and the room is new-fashioned with shower.

The location was marvellous and phenomenal, near Trafalgar square, with a nice view. Furthermore, it was just a pleasant stroll away from a grade ii listed history museum.

I enjoyed this luxurious and relaxing hotel, it did not disappoint. I had quiet 7-night stay here! The location was absolutely perfect and amazing because it was close enough to covent garden, trafalgar square, plenty of bars, shops & the tube, all nice attractions of Central London and landmarks and tourist spots in London. Plus, I was just a short stroll away from Manchester Piccadilly. The staff was fantastically friendly, and requests were handled quickly.

I've had a very very good stay during this particular visit. Central location very close to the alley, 2 tube stations, plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and cafes and London's attractions and staff, it was in a fantastic area. Also, the venue was just 1 km from a 13.7-tonne bell.

The hotel was in a marvellous and brilliant location close to a garden and a park. Set close to an underground station, which helped to explore London. The staff were superfriendly and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The room was high-class and practical with a view over city.

I had the double room and it was immaculate. The location was very central, great for a theatre and a gallery located walking distance to the hotel. By the way, a garden and a river were close to the place.

Every detail was ideal, regarding staff and location. Very comfy beds, a safe box, a sofa bed and central heating in the room. It had kitchenette available. My stay was amazing, and the entire staff were efficient. Don't forget to explore Westminster Borough district. Loved my stay.
