The rooms were extremely pleasant and brand-new with all facilities, big size bathroom. The staff was patient, caring.

Very central location was a plus. Also, the area was nice. We ate in the amazing restaurant with a good choice of inexpensive high quality meals which was reasonably priced.

Got all I wanted, good value. The hotel was gorgeous and fairly clean with gorgeous views of the town. Full English breakfast had plenty of options, like hot chocolate, coffee, tea, fruit juice, and cereal. I thoroughly enjoyed the standard twin room and had an excellent stay. The staff were all super-friendly and provided outstanding service. The location was very central, unbeatable close to the underground.

Nicely decorated and absolutely stunning hotel in a particularly nice area close to a big shopping center, Stratford underground/bus station, and an exhibition at Excel London.

It was in a very central location, near by like a pub or restaurant. It was also close enough to metro stations and big train station, and Stratford Station and Westfield Shopping Centre.

Didn't like the area, it was a bit dirty.

The breakfast was rich and hearty for both continental as local uk, the best I had in London. Magnificent and fab location close to DLR & Stratford International stations made it easy to get to key attractions. Further, it was really close to Westfield Stratford shopping center, Right next to the mall, and traveling through London.

We had really nice time at the hotel and would stay here again. The property had its own attached restaurant, it was good.

The location was fab - just off Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the Westfield shopping mall, Queen Elizabeth and underground railway, and the West Ham stadium. The staff was incredible and made me feel at home.

Booked standard queen room, that included a safe, a mini-refrigerator, and WiFi. All the staff were very efficient and brilliantly helpful. Obviously I really enjoyed the ideal location the next day's event. The hotel was away from the busy streets, as I expected.

Welcoming and exceptional staff as one would expect. The units were neat and compact with a balcony.

We liked this place. Travelled with our mum, spent 2 nights here and had a really really nice stay. Our location was perfect and magnificent on the tube into London. Plus, it was short walk to the station and Westfields shopping centre, good travel links into central London, and the Olympic Stadium and the underground.

Some of the staff were not very good.

The service here was very good. Our standard king room was brand-new with a balcony and fans next to the window plus a mobile smart phone. The location was excellent and ideal: a shopping centre and a market were within walking distance.

Appreciated this classy hotel: fab food and caring and patient staff. I ate at a good restaurant for breakfast. The beds were comfy, view of the town was great. All in all good value, had a really nice stay for business trip.

It was special 3 days, would book here again. We were travelling to London for a short break.

All the employees were exceptional and consistently courteous. The breakfast was comprehensive with juice and fresh melon, as example, perfect to start our day.

The location was in a marvellous and fantastic place, short walk to two excellent restaurants-Best Meze and Grill and Chinese Overseas as well as establishment, I enjoyed that. The breakfast was comprehensive and enjoyable with croissants and pain au chocolat and fresh melon, so much to pick from.

Everything was lovely during 2 days, liked its good location just off the centre and tube stations. Incredibly polite staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. We had a rich breakfast in the restaurant.

Comfortable and hospitable place, good for shopping. All in all marvellous location, just next door to the Olympic park aquatic centre, the Olympic park and tube station and local shops, restaurants and activities. Besides, easy to get to Discover Children's Story Centre.

Magnificent location not far from Westfield shopping centre and train station, the olympic stadium which is literally a 10 minute walk away and public transport and O2 arena, new-fashioned and neat rooms. Outstanding service overall and parking nearby. The check out is late.

Staff were very-very nice, atmosphere was comfortable, it had ideal location adjacent to transport easy, Stratford train station and the West Ham stadium and Stratford train station. I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for lunch. It offered marvellous service and freshly made food too. Besides, I was able to park nearby.

Actually, the room was new-fashioned and welcoming, it also had a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets. The rate was £ 110.

It has fab and prime location in Newham district short walk to the city centre, the tube and Westfield shopping centre and buses to Stansted. Would book here again, enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

They have wheelchair accessible rooms with a double bed, a balcony, for example and care about everyone. It offers excellent services.
