Convenient location within walking distance of Bayswater station, competent staff, everything was fine. Our room was high-class with an a decent size bathroom and a satisfactory breakfast.

We got a room with a bathtub.

The setting was difficult to find.

Big size and reasonably clean venue with an amazing value and professional staff. Decent and good meals. Relatively quiet and prime location and functional facilities. Found in the very nice area. Close to a tube station. A very good stay for 1-2 nights.

Fairly clean and gorgeous place, has decent views of the garden. It offers spotless rooms, and has consistently courteous staff at reception desk.

The venue is overall clean and spacious, views are delightful, the location is excellent and perfect close enough to Quensway tube stations as well as a restaurant. The room is brand-new and decent size, the staff are patient people during check-out. There is a gluten free breakfast for a start.

Newly remodelled family-friendly place, it has reasonably priced location close to the metro station as well as 2 main tube stations. Great breakfast with toast, boiled eggs, yogurt, the staff is competent and service-minded.

Very good breakfast with food being refilled frequently, thanks a lot. The room is well heated and modern, comes with the bathroom, a big window to a yard and water provided too.

High quality and new-fashioned room with old bed sheets, I had a very very good stay. Tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator were a nice touch.

It is a well presented property located in Westminster Borough district near the central metro line, the nearby Underground and restaurants and takeaways. The staff are hard-working and the location is reasonably priced in a very beautiful area. The breakfast with yogurt and Nutella, as example is amazing and great for what is offered.

Breakfast was satisfactory, absolutely stunning views, top location just off the beautiful garden, bus stations and the center of the city, a lots of restaurants and businesses landmarks like the Buckingham palace in a 45 minutes walking great. The staff were competent in the whole hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed this very very good stay at 1 night.

The location was marvellous: several stores and chemist's were within walking distance. The room was budget & cheap, with nice view.

The place was quirky and had excellent friendly and gentle staff during check-out, loved the stay. I got complimentary single room with lovely hot shower as an upgrade, nice gesture. The hotel had a central position so close to Queensway, 2 metro stations and a good easy tube line.

Loved my very nice stay on a business trip. Single room was compact and functional with decorations for my anniversary. The location was particularly good, near two tube stations and the interior design was nice. Besides, I explored The Reel Poster Gallery relatively near the hotel.
