The staff is extremely polite, the breakfast plentiful, the location is marvellous just next door to trains and buses, Westfield shopping centre and the Stratford Tube and Bus station and Olympic park and shopping centre. The room is lovely sized with particularly nice views of a garden. The service is friendly, includes secure parking.

The venue is functional, food is good, ideal location near tube & theatre. It has freshly prepared and above average breakfasts and well-trained staff at reception-service here.

Everything is really good here, had a really good stay for 3 nights. It has unbeatable central location near Stratford station. It's also just off Cutty Sark and Greenwich Observatory, and town centre.

The rooms were newly renovated and decent sized with safe for our safety. The staff was extraordinary service-minded and very professional, helped a lot. Its reasonable, central location was a plus.

I was offered a plentiful breakfast for vegans. I had reasonably priced room with a very comfortable bed. The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect - short walk to the Westfield shopping centre, train station and the Abba arena lovely 8 minute strole and rail system, clean, comfy huge bed, quiet, tasty breakfast and good staff.

The breakfast was above average with lots of coffee, hot chocolate, fresh fruit, cereal, and pastries. The hotel's location was unbeatable close to Abba concert venue.

The setting is great, near to Stratford tube & rail, shopping and train/tube station, and Stratford which is an area of Greater London which has seen considerable investment and growth in recent years, safe area. And it's by Old River Lea.

The location it has next to everything, the train station, the Olympic Park and Westfields, Stratford, and sites on the other side of London, for example the V & A Museum is fab.
