Clean and nicely decorated place with service-minded and so hospitable staff at the reception desk. Very good bedroom.

1st class place all in all, has so hospitable staff that the doorman set up. The location is ideal and exceptionally nice, we could see the inside. There is nearby Kimchee to grab some food for the dinner.

I had freshly prepared and large breakfasts with good coffee and the French patisserie, for instance.

View was missed.

They offered air conditioned and extremely pleasant rooms with the double bed, beer plus a very impressive minibar. The staff was all genuinely helpful.

Breakfast was savoury, splendid views, unbeatable location not far from and close to 2 tube stations and all theatres, Covent Garden, Leicester Square. All of the staff members were very amiable and responsive. We had lunch in the grill restaurant.

The property is clean with a stunning design, and the full English breakfast is wonderful. This peaceful hotel has magnificent location short walk to Covent Garden and theatres, coffee shops and taxis and tubes. Also, Lyceum Theatre is just around the corner.

The breakfast was reasonable; the rooms were newly remodelled and comfortable quiet. The location to a tower and a temple was particularly good for what I wanted to see.

The perfect location for the price, just off Covent Garden, Leicester Square, theatres and many restaurants, Regent Park zoo and taxi's, buses and Underground Tube. Again, walking distance to Trafalgar Square. Warm breakfast at the French patisserie and with good food available.

The rooms are decent sized, recently refurbished, and come with a writing desk, an iron and ironing board, and a coffeemaker. Plus, the location is great, minutes from Trafalgar Square. The hotel is in very pleasant lounge area, close enough to Covent garden, Aldwych Theatre "Tina Turner Show as well as lovely restaurants bars and shops.

The room is well-appointed, comes with a nice big window plenty of fresh air, good amenities, a sofa. The hotel has an incredible location, to the theatre or the main shopping areas in London.

The decoration was newly renovated, beautifully presented room. Hard-working staff at both the evening and breakfast services, and provided a cosy atmosphere.

The room was very very good, extra large bed. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice, short walk to Westminster Abbey/London Eye, many huge attractions including Big Ben, Piccadilly Circus, and though further the Tower of London and great areas to tour, in a very pleasant area. Easily reached The Ivy Market Grill, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

Had a special stay in the two nights we stayed in the, everything was outstanding. The staff members were all caring and top-class. Its location was for what We wanted to see, it was good close to a bus stop. Also was close to restaurants and pubs. This hotel was really very good value for money.

The deluxe king room is air conditioned and has a writing table, a hair dryer and an iron. The setting is unbeatable, close enough to the hill, all the theaters and great restaurants and multiple tube stops and nearby tube stations, very attractive area.

Magnificent very central location not far from the business centre, theatre very close and the up beat Covent Garden. We thoroughly enjoyed appetisers and biscuits at the downstairs bar. Very good value for money compared to other places, had a really nice stay for one night.

The room I stayed in was well-appointed, it had 1 king-size bed. Coffee/tea making machines, a fridge and glassware worked well.

The location was marvellous - ease of access to The Vaudeville Theatre. On top of that, restaurants and pubs were close to the property. I had the suite which was air-conditioned except maybe for absence of feather pillows.

By and large, it was modern place with reasonably good staff at assisting. I was there for 5 nights and ate at lobby restaurant for breakfast. The location was amazing right in the centre of Covent Garden, close to a bus station.

Generally, it's cozy place, loved it. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, a heating system and ironing facilities were a nice touch. The fact that it was next to Covent Garden subway station.

the hotel was situated in the central location. national gallery is "next door" and you can reach charing cross subway station within 10 minutes walk. we really enjoyed everything there, especially service and the comfort.

The position was great and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Piccadilly circus and other nice tourist spots were very close to this venue;)))
