The location was marvellous and incredible for me as it was really close to many important places, and the centre of London. Moreover, it was 4 km from Harmondsworth Moor.

The bed was very old, that's sad thing.

It offers good services. Absolutely perfect setting, it's close to many important places, shops, and a tube stop at Russell Square.

The rooms were all big size and warm with plenty fresh towels. There was lots of fabulous meals.

We were greeted by really helpful, affable staff. Its location at a short distance from a grade ii listed history museum was unbeatable.

The staff members were all amicable and attentive. Had standard twin room with wake-up service available in it.
