Everything was really good, we had lovely 5 days here. The room was brand-new and air-conditioned with a marvellous view of the London skyline.

Enjoyed our huge and perfectly clean rooms, plus the staff was incredibly welcoming. The service was fantastic, it had a great attached restaurant. What's more, there's parking onsite.

My stay was really good here. Top quality and clean place, everything was very good. The employees were very amiable and absolutely courteous. I got standard king room for 3 nights, enjoyed it. The bathroom was nice looking, included a great shower and a bathtub.

I was there for 1 night and ate at attached restaurant for evening meals. The location was marvellous, central within walking distance of everything, all in all brilliant value for money in contrast to other hotels. Also, Liverpool Central Library was placed nearby.

The property is clean and newly decorated. The breakfast is rich and freshly cooked, available with tea or coffee and amazingly cooked and fresh fruit. Amazingly helpful and very amiable staff as one would expect. The hotel has a central location to the bus station as opposed to the store across the way.

The location was marvellous and magnificent, very close to a theatre and a gallery. The hotel itself was in a local area. The breakfast was plentiful and very good with continental of both and presented food, as example, and the restaurant was great!

Great location in a comfortable area, next to the bus station as opposed to the store across the way, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square and Piccadilly circus and theatres, restaurants, pubs, cafes, Chinatown, Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and public transport. Lovely and plentiful breakfast for the start of the day with a good assortment of hot and fresh fruit, for example.

It's good base for visiting some must see attractions in London. As for me, this hotel is all in all brilliant value for money for London.

Had a really comfortable stay on a quick vacation, glad I've chosen it. The breakfast was gorgeous and plentiful with beverages, a good assortment of hot and tea or coffee, and had all you need. Accommodating staff, gave a lot of tourist information.

They serve rich and plentiful breakfasts for all tastes with presented food and fresh fruit and continental of both. The hotel is in the very central location to piccadilly circus.

It was fairly clean place, staff were friendly efficient, and I liked my air conditioned room. I ate at an outdoor restaurant for evening meals. I had coffee and climate control, really big bed. The location of this hotel was perfect and incredible. My stay was great value.

Regarding price, think it's great value for the money, had a really good stay for weekend. Particularly helpful staff, great views of the London skyline, everything is really good. The location it has adjacent to Trafalgar Square and National Museum, SOHO, theatres, Charing Cross, Piccadilly, Regent Street and China Town and the tube, shops and restaurants is excellent and perfect. Westminster Borough district is worth looking into. The continental breakfast is above average and fresh made.

The breakfasts for vegans. Well-kept and tastefully decorated rooms with duvet, drinking water plus Covent Garden etc and varied breakfast. Magnificent and perfect location for our visit to a huge observation wheel just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

We have booked deluxe room with good facilities. We loved rooms for pillows. The location was perfect and brilliant, relatively close to a gay nightclub. Had a pleasant stay here.

This is a hotel go-to for London! Spotless rooms for pillows and the location is fab. The property offers plenty of food that was delicious. The airport is 15 km away, easy to reach.

The location was stunning and fab, within a close distance from St James's Park. The rooms were huge, new-fashioned, and had an electric kettle, air conditioning and an individual safe.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were terrible.

I had impressive fabulous room with comfortable bed, the extra space plus too-nice clean bathroom with a lovely drench shower. The staff were accommodating and efficient in case of questions.

Hotel's position was close to tourist spots like hyde park. Breakfast was fine as you get in any 4 star property. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Highbury district. Very close to Charing Cross train station, something around 10 minutes on foot...
