The unit we got was beautifully decorated with 2 double beds and a bath plus coffee. The breakfast was freshly prepared and incredible, they make a great selection of meals.

The room had not so great views.

The room was upgraded to King size with a wine and available with a double bed.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The location in a very comfortable area was particularly good and there were a local store and shops nearby. The staff was very honest - I would come back for sure.

Warm breakfast, particularly nice views, unbeatable location right by the Crowne Plaza Docklands at the beginning of May, the riverfront and former docks and the restaurants available in the area. Newly decorated mini double room, comfy beds. The poolside bar onsite. Such a really nice stay for three nights.

The breakfast with various options was served in the bar. Stunning remote location so close to communal areas and Towere of London areas. Everyone we met from the staff was lively and efficient.

My standard double room and all facilities were very good. It was in the central location close to trains.

Can be described as a lovely experience, recommend. The venue is simply stunning, fairly clean and the location is excellent and beautiful next to London sights and the docklands right by the Cloud to Greenwich. Make sure you stay in the standard double room with a king bed, wonderful views plus tea. The staff are exceptionally helpful and provide a very efficient service.

The property's location was good, on the attractions East of the Tower Bridge. The room was comfortable modern with separate bathroom.

As for me location is excellent, not far from a Tesco express which is handy, Close to the public transport and local shop & restaurant. And it's by River Thames.

The stay here was really nice in one holiday. The restaurant was really great which was well presented with a good choice, we ordered tasty dishes. The view over the river especially at sunset from the window was particularly nice. Its staff was attentive and helpful.

The property is clean with a nice design, and the full English breakfast is incredible. Particularly good and fab location and very honest employees on shift. Very beautiful area very close to the nearby runway and decent eateries around the area.

Single room I stayed at was immaculate. The hotel was in a marvellous and peaceful location just next door to the restaurant, central London, and the Docklands. A cool bonus was Caffe Fratelli, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee.

The hotel was in the central setting by nature. Cafe Cafe Bonane located 1 km away was a nice surprise. The room was impressive and neat, complete with a view over the Thames, bar, for example. The breakfasts were sensational with soya milk and meat, for example and excellent service.

This brand-new hotel is equal to 4 stars. The pool is great. It has magnificent location and amiable and efficient staff from the customer service at the front desk. The bets part that it's near uber boats which were brilliant to get around London on, London and train station.
