Lovely welcoming and nicely decorated hotel with top-class staff with an extra member.

Marvellous location near to the Docklands and Emirates Air Line port and the o2 and emirates cable car; very quick check-in. Vegan and sensational breakfast, huge suite.

Everything was really good, so were beautiful views out of town. The room was recently renovated, air-conditioned and included an air conditioner, a storage, and an iron. The location was nice, if you need to be walk from a tower and a theatre. Good restaurant provided Indian dishes.

Good base for discovering London with courteous and polite staff on reception desk on departure. The riverside location close to a subway station.

I got spotless room with climate control, an iron and ironing board, and a storage space. The staff were courteous and knew how to help. The venue's position was riverside.

The property's location was great and lovely, very close to an underground station so easy access to other areas of the Capital. The suite was compact and soundproof.

A tube station is walk from the hotel, touristic location.

The hotel was modern and good little in general, had reasonably good staff on reception desk. The venue was situated in the central location quick to get in Central London nice area.

The weather was very good, had really nice stay for london visit. An a la carte restaurant with breakfast was an advantage.

The rooms are new-fashioned and recently renovated here with bathroom inside, the bar, as for instance.

The breakfast is good with delicious coffee and hot items and beverage, lots to choose from. The location is riverside, near transport into london as well as the cable car to The O2 which was handy.

The staff was friendly efficient and really helpful and helped us find bars and restaurants which were located walk from. The hotel was in an unbeatable and nice location, within a walk from a shopping area and a market. And it was walk from a tower and a theatre.

The room I booked was neat and practical with hot chocolate as well as the bedroom. The breakfast was vegan and top with very good food, and the food was lovely. The location turned out to be great and lovely, very close to centre of London via tube/dlr, Costa Coffee at the ExCel and a cafe for a cheaper better and fresher breakfast.

Well, it was a very nice stay for a weekend. Great location, the hotel was close to a tube station. There was an à la carte restaurant nearby.

Overall a really really nice stay as value for money. Cheap room, sensational breakfast options, good beds. A wide range of facilities like: climate control, an ironing set and a storage. Great location for what I needed and close to a subway station. Plus, walking distance to Royal Victoria Dock and Bridge.

We enjoyed this nice basic hotel. The staff was ready to assist, outstandingly accommodating and extremely polite people. Asian cuisine was served in the a la carte restaurant.

The location was stunning and lovely, adjacent to the expo center, a uber, cheap'nicer' shop, and a super market. I ate at the à la carte restaurant near the hotel. The room was spotless with a beautiful view, comfortable bed, as for instance, the check-in was very quick.

It had riverside location close to Landed.

It was in an absolutely perfect and magnificent location walk from bars and restaurants. Set walk from an underground station, which helped to explore London.

The location was magnificent in the really interesting area. I had recently refurbished, soundproof room with the bedroom, a view on the Themse, large TV, had good night's sleep.

Great and lovely location in a decent area just off Victoria, a taxi to the O2 and the cable cars for the 02. Besides, easy to get to Emirates Air Line. Neat room with an en suite bathroom.

Well priced place with very amiable staff on reception desk. Perfect and nice location in Dockland area, good for visiting London. Also - just off Excel centre, Nisa Supermarket, cheap Airline Cafe and DLR station, two super markets and a nice place to eat and have breakfast and the center of London.

We ate at a nice restaurant with fantastic food. Reasonably good team on reception desk. Its location close to restaurants and cafés was particularly good and fab.

The property was clean, featured modern design, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, I enjoyed it. The location was incredible for walking around Emirates Air Line.

Our location was stunning and decent, close to a tube station. Plus, main attraction such as One Canada Square was 3 km from this hotel.

The room was budget and immaculate in general, on the 2nd & 5th floors. The location was brilliant and decent, you can visit Royal Victoria Dock and Bridge by walking. There was a GREAT restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

Comfy bed and very clean room, PERFECT location. There was Marina, max 5 mins walk to, truly enjoyed their meals. We will be back if passing through.

the bed was nice. one could dine at restaurants such as tapa tapa 5 minutes away. such tourist sites as the crystal were in front of the venue.
