It's well decorated and themed with very good bathrooms. The staff are friendly attentive and dedicated, offer excellent services.

Marvellous and lovely location for our needs, right by Kensington Gardens, the Natural History Museum around another, and many London attractions and wonderful restaurants. Spotless, airy units provided with bedrooms, hairdryer, for instance.

The hotel was beautiful small and very fancy, we recommend. Really enjoyed our deluxe queen room with the smallest chair, comfortable bed, for example. The staff was friendly attentive and dedicated and the service was exceptional throughout our stay.

Trendy boutique hotel in an extremely comfortable area really close to the museums and Royal Parks, Royal Albert Hall for the Proms and the restaurants. Themed unit for hairdryers. Top-class staff during our stay. Easy and perfectly comfortable location, just a walk down to everywhere. Plus, 5 minutes drive from a large museum. Great meals for breakfast.

Beds were a little hard.

Classic double room had an outstanding view and chandeliers. The continental breakfast at the bar was sensational. The hotel had a central setting to the West End via bus or taxi. Everything was good and the staff was always accommodating and incredibly kind.

The staff was undertrained.

It's clean and fantastic hotel. The classic double room is airy with toiletries, a Great bed, for instance. A good restaurant for evening meals is available.

The hotel was located very close to the nearest public transport, Kensington, London and the park. Overall it was great-sized and brand-new, with a private bathroom. All of the staff was efficient and dedicated. The venue had indeed an incredible and lovely location on absolutely everything.

It was extra special time in London. Everything was excellent here. The continental breakfast was delightful. The location was excellent, to the next subway station, and my bed was extremely comfy. I had coffee at Guillam Coffee House, located within 5 minutes walk.

I spent here 1 lovely day and definitely want to stay in that area again. This accommodation had a residential setting to the Albert memorial.

We had the deluxe queen room it was brand-new. The breakfast was more than adequate and delightful, the check in was early. What's more, public parking was available. the superior twin room is themed, we also loved particularly nice views. overall the staff is efficient and active. it has decent location to see royal albert hall.

The location met requirements, it was decent in the library even from the 24 hour menu. And we were just next door to booking sites, London and close to RAH.

Our room was spotless and airy and complete with a King size bed, all the usual facilities plus balcony. The service offered was terrific. Early check-in was a bonus.

Location was ideal and the atmosphere was special. Classic queen room was with a mini bar, a private safe and a work desk. South kensington subway station is a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The breakfast's price is gbp 17 per person per day.

They offer a minibar, a safe and a work desk in the rooms. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was handy. It was worth its 4 stars.

Good breakfast and very PROFESSIONAL staff. Such tourist sights as natural history museum were in front of the hotel. The room was large. Lambeth district was worth visiting.
