The hotel is cheerful with respectful staff and great facilities. Plenty of restaurants and pubs in the area.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic, but I stayed for 1 night only. The breakfast offered plenty of food and was great.

The bed was not very comfortable, unfortunately.

Overall it was well-appointed, with a private bathroom.

We had a very very good experience in this gorgeous hotel. Everything was perfectly fine and the staff were very amiable and extremely helpful. Their food was good with plenty of meals.

The location offered was marvellous so close to which is beautiful, Oxford and the train station.

Had a sunny 3 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Everyone was pleasant and welcoming. The triple room I had was newly decorated. There was a clean bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

Amazing and magnificent location, it was close to a tube station. I had quick lunch at The Good Catch, located close to the hotel.

The location was excellent and perfect - only a short distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The room turned out to be cheap and neat with a great shower, the bathroom, modern features.

This was a really good stay for the price. Its staff was extremely helpful and very amiable. The location was central, adjacent to Queensway which has supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways, the Paddington Station who has a comfortable access to the circle line and whole London and Hyde Park, which is beautiful. The bar area was good, I really enjoyed it.

Plenty of good options for meal. All in all magnificent and lovely location, short walk to eateries and public transport, and restaurants and the train station and buses.

The location in a shopping area was excellent and perfect and there were shops and a supermarket nearby. Close to a train station, it was a real bonus. The room was well-appointed and neat with a very comfy bed and on the ground flor.

Westminster abbey was located in the near vicinity. Lancaster Gate metro station was within 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We recommend the venue and staff. Take a look at South Kensington neighborhood, it's worth it.

We could see tower of london from our window. We ate at Angus Steakhouse, which is only 400 ft away, it suited our needs. The hotel was next to Marble Arch train station
