The room we had included central heating, an ironing set, and an electronic key card. The city view was a bonus.

The rooms were brand-new and stylish on the lower floors kept by the especially helpful staff. The location was incredible and perfect, with an underground station walking distance to the hotel.

The hotel is nicely decorated with an amazing design and nestled in a beautifully designed building. The staff are well-trained and very professional and offer concierge service, wake up calls, and ironing free of charge. The breakfast is particularly good, available with the fried eggs and toast, for instance. The services are excellent, including a lovely pool.

The pool area was great and the location was great, close enough to the winchcombe restaurant, many other tourist attractions and Covent garden. The staff was consistently courteous and exceptional, the breakfast offered was exceptionally good with a wide array of food.

The location was incredible and perfect as for me, next to restaurants, shopping areas such as Piccadilly Circus, Regent Street, and Old Bond Street, and London with high rise buildings. The room was brand-new and beautifully decorated and included central heating, an ironing set, and an electronic key card.

The room was well-designed and perfectly clean and offered sound-proofed windows and a storage space. The location was very central, adjacent to China Town, Soho, Oxford Street and loads more and Piccadilly Circus, Regent Street, and Old Bond Street, and there where a theatre and a sanctuary in close proximity to the venue.

That was what I call good home base for one night. The location was stunning - so close to a beautiful French restaurant, Trafalgar Square and Piccadilly Circus. Also, this hotel was minutes away from such tourist places as St George's Hall Liverpool. Overall it was big size and luxurious, with a private bathroom. All the staff was impeccable, settled my issues.

The breakfast is exceptionally good, with the fried eggs and toast, as example. The room is reasonably large and brand-new with a view, has free Wi-Fi. Service-minded, especially helpful staff, thanks for treating me so well.

Comfortable bedroom. Such an exceptionally comfortable bed and bespoke furniture. Very central location in the heart of the city. And also next door to Liverpool Central Library.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were well-trained and service-oriented. It was in a perfect and nice location close to a memorial park.

It has brilliant very central location in the centre of London. Also it is so close to all the main areas for good food, the Tavern, and the rooftop Japanese restaurant.

The venue is placed in a very central position close to tube station also. The staff are polite and impeccable and really care about the guests.

It was a cool hotel, right place for celebrating anniversary in London. The location was great and stunning, next to downtown, restaurants, attractions, and underground as well as Mason for high tea a must when in London and an easy walk to an art museum we wanted to see.

I came to London for shopping - everything was fantastic. The room was beautifully decorated and with a view. The hotel was in a wonderful location, in the Japanese restaurant. Café Caffe Concerto located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

It was big size with a view, good enough for one night. The staff was impeccable when needed. The hotel was set in a very central area close to the restaurants, all the main areas for good food, bars and attractions and Leicester Square.

The experience was very very good, would definitely go back. We had a king room with fantastic views. The personnel were professional and attentive and gave us loads of advice. Location: the hotel was just next door to London, Leicester Square, and restaurants.

The location was perfect and stunning, you can visit Chinatown Gate by walking. And it's walking distance to a subway station.

Thank you for making our stay amazing! This great hotel occupies a neat building in the contemporary style. The location is marvellous, 1 km from a British museum. Affordable property set in the great area. The room is luxurious, immaculate and has city views.

The location was brilliant and best possible, for example, a subway station was walking distance to the venue. There where restaurants and bars close to the place.

We had a very very good stay at this brand-new hotel. The location was stunning, just a walking distance from a Trafalgar Square art museum. Further, it was really close to Leicester Square, and downtown. We liked alcoholic drinks at the rooftop bar.

There also was safe parking and lovely pool. The hotel had a MAGNIFICENT location close to Chinatown Gate. And it was 5 minutes on foot from the downtown. The carbonated drinks in rooftop bar were very welcome.
