Stunning location, traditional breakfast with a good choice of food.

Great and fab location so close to the hotel's Soak restaurant as well as Buckingham Palace and many other sights makes it a good choice. Easy walk to Liverpool Central Library.

Got a hot and extensive breakfast included.

Wi-Fi was a bit slow, made me a little nervous.

This was a fun stay that lasted for 5 nights. The restaurant was beautiful for breakfast, we ordered fine dishes. It had a very clean bed, a mini fridge, a safe, and coffee. Central location of this world-class hotel was a bonus. It was across the very pleasant area.

The views were pretty bad.

Amazing breakfast with traditional English options as well as continental options and cappuccino or espresso and first-rate customer service.

Quaint place with very knowledgeable staff, everything was fabulous. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, I tried special dishes. I had coffee and pastries in the morning. It had an elegant atmosphere and provided very good service. Lucky me, got ironing free of charge too.

I got a complimentary breakfast with poached eggs, veggie options, continental & cooked foods. The location was unbelievably good - a short walk to everywhere I wanted to go.

It was contemporary, newly decorated and with a foldout bed. I enjoyed the marvellous location in the upscale area. I spent 4 nights and would like to stay longer.

Well, it was a pleasant stay during the holidays. The staff was ready to assist, exceptionally polite people. Liked the restaurant for breakfast.

We had a nice big bedroom. It was facing the street so we admired wonderful views.

Though we paid gbp 8 per 24 hours to access the net Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

We didn't have time, so that's why we would stay here again. Everything was nice, had a really nice stay for 5 nights. Booked superior king room, that was provided with AC and peeling paint outside.

Suitable for celebrating anniversary. Wonderful and fairly clean place, accommodating and absolutely kind staff from the doorman who greeted us on arrival. Very impressed with superior king room.

I loved spending time here. Everything was first-class, excellent staff, amazing location adjacent to the theatre district, the touristic areas like oxford street, covent garden or soho and Next to top shows. The bedroom was decent sized and functional. The traditional English breakfast was warm and enjoyable.

Newly renovated superior king room with views of the street. Location - incredible, right by the magnificent Westminster Cathedral as well as amazing restaurants, pubs, parks and shopping. Besides, easy access to Royal Mews.

Air conditioned and beautifully presented room with a mini fridge, a safe box, and coffee. Picturesque view overlooking the street.

The venue was set in the very central position not far from Close to the Victoria shopping center, and the Grosvenor after maybe 15 years. It also was in Victoria station at wetherspoons.

Overall clean, acceptable value hotel, the location was unbelievably good and the best near to Trafalgar Square and eateries. Classic family queen room with balloons was ready when we arrived.

Great and gorgeous location for visiting a circus and eateries.

The service was very good with a family atmosphere. The room was a nice size and fully-equipped with a mini bar and a good bed plus very high ceiling and safety measures included safe. We had a free of charge meal in the morning and some tasty food at the wine bar.

Functional and generous sized units available with very high ceiling and all requirements catered for coffee plus sweets. Incredible, amazing location adjacent to Victoria train station.

The location is very central. The hotel is in the beautiful zone. The units are nicely updated and functional with balloons.

The room was a nice size and offered a bath and a separate shower, so that guests had essentials.

The location was marvellous and lovely and the services were good. It was located in a fairly quiet area.

Everything here was first-class, I would book here again. All of the staff were amicable, incredibly kind. The room was good-sized and come with a mini-bar and a mobile. The location was great: a market and different stores were within walking distance.

Overall - pleasant place with fairly friendly staff in assisting with a chauffeur company to collect from airport. Prestigious area, very central location really close to London's landmarks, and 4 minute walk to Victoria coach station.

Stayed in a recently renovated and large room that was updated but still maintain a classic feel.

The rooms - newly renovated, top-class with peeling paint outside and Christmas card plus robes. Free soft drinks at champagne bar, good service.

This accommodation was in the very central location very close to theatres so a great location for staying the night after a show. Overall it was nicely updated and functional for your toiletries in the bathroom.

Lovely building, marvellous and brilliant location next to Westminster, Victoria Station & Underground and Knightsbridge. Very impressed with the pleasant view from our deluxe king room. Exceptional, extremely gracious staff with smiling face.

Everything was very good, including competent stuff and top location next door to Victoria station. The breakfast available was free of charge with omelets and poached eggs, for example.

It was clean, the staff was really wonderful and courteous, plus the service was excellent. Stayed in soundproof classic double room with all requirements catered for-coffee, balloons, for example.

Didn't like the area, it was extremely busy.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 4 nights, nonetheless everything was really good. The room was newly remodelled, air conditioned with very comfortable beds.

The staff is pleasant, the room is compact and soundproof. The ambiance is elegant.

It has unbeatable and incredible location for visiting Westminster.

There were luxury bathroom and high quality room. The street view was fantastic. The location of the hotel was handy, down to the platform. Moreover, it was near Next to top shows, and Buckingham Palace, Mayfair and Westminster Abbey/Big Ben.

The room was very lovely big, very clean bed. It was high standard with the things you need, enjoyable breakfast. We were in a perfect location relatively near Buckingham Palace.

The location was incredible and the staff were efficient! Besides, the area was impressive, next to St James Theatre. My room was neat and airy with drinks, goodies and an extractor fan, and the check-out was late. I loved a contemporary style.

The location was stunning, within walking distance of House of Fraser. There was a nice restaurant not too far away from the hotel...

Had 4 nights in this beautifully designed hotel, spent our time here lovely. The rooms were fine with a sofa bed, the staff were attentive and accommodating. The food was savoury - lots of options.

The room was airy, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hairdryer and fresh towels. The bed here was comfortable. The location of the hotel was magnificent and prime - within walking distance of Jo Loves Perfume Store. The service was exceptional.

Stayed for 4 days and didn't want to leave, I would come here again. The superior king room was airy and had a sofa bed, central heating and an iron. The beds were very comfy, everything was perfect. The staff members were pleasant and amicable.

Beds and pillows in my deluxe king room were exceptionally comfortable. The room had climate control, a laptop-size safe and a minibar plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

The location was unbeatable and prime for walking around Westminster. Also, the area was lively.

Tbh, had a very very good stay with such a late night and the hassle for something so simple. Fairly clean hotel, there were great people and location. It was fashionable and there was free Wi-Fi.

The hotel's position was excellent, on the Belmond Pullman express. We stayed for 4 nights here, loved Westminster Borough district. Airy rooms with a sofa bed and the location is MARVELLOUS.

An electric kettle, tea and coffee making facilities in the room were an advantage. It deserves its 4 stars.

the hoteln was situated close to some of tourist sites and within 20 minutes on foot from tate gallery. we visited reunion, set only 100 ft away.

The hotel was near a train station. The restaurant here was nice. Convenient base for a trip in London.
