Flawless property, has outstandingly accommodating staff on night shift. Good and magnificent location - just next door to Chinatown. Really great building and rooms with contemporary decoration.

The property was clean, featured amazing design, I truly enjoyed it. The units were unique and the staff were absolutely lovely and adorable people on night shift.

In overall, the place is comfortable modern, has especially helpful staff on night shift. It's nicely decorated with huge bathrooms.

The hotel has decent size rooms with fresh towels, the air con on plus drinks. It has a wide array of meals to offer, the food is gorgeous.

Had facilities needed in my small single room, including a storage and a safe. And beds were very spacious. It had comfortable location next to Northern Quarter bars.

I enjoyed sleeping 4 nights in this hotel. It had all needed for short stay in London. Had good sleep at the small room with a shared bathroom. All the staff were friendly efficient, attentive.

It has incredible, stunning setting, adjacent to retail shops, M & S food, amazing local food outlets, underground and overground rail. Mess Cafe with coffee & goodies is 400 metres walk away.
