All the personnel was extremely polite and really polite. The bedroom was practical and airy.

Some of the staff were not so helpful.

Super facilities and outstanding and fantastic breakfast with pancakes and bacon and normal coffee, reasonably priced. What an unbeatable location to or short tube!

The hotel was gorgeous and in a very central location. Walk from a subway station, supermarkets and a convenience shop were not far as well.

I was here for celebrating birthday, everything was fab. Really enjoyed the well stocked classic double room with queen's bed and the way it was setup. The location was marvellous and incredible, by everything someone could desire and the interior design was modern.

Well, it was a wonderful stay on our vacation. We ate at a reasonably priced restaurant for all meals. The view of the park from the window was perfect, greatly enjoyed it.

The staff is competent, the breakfast fresh, the location is incredible close enough to all the gardens as well as the wonderful V & A Museum. It's a nice size and extremely pleasant with good-sized bathrooms.

Marvellous and particularly good location close to the underground and easy access to all the major shops and supermarkets. Plenty of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. Very impressed with the fabulous view from our classic double room. Exceptionally comfortable bed and amazing facilities.

We would recomand this hotel, spent here perfect 3 nights. Everything was lovely, the wifi was reliable. The location in a quiet area was marvellous and there were chemist's and all the main shops nearby.

We ate in the average restaurant for all meals which was reasonably priced. The room had an exceptional view of the park. Marvellous location for celebrating birthday, all was first-class. It was set in a calm area. Btw, a tube station was walk from the hotel.

Will be back, I really enjoyed the hotel. The location is brilliant, 2 km from Paddington. It's in a lovely building in the pretty nice area. I have stayed in the classic king room with a laptop safe, central heating and an iron. The staff is pleasant and the breakfast is marvellous.

Location nearby a metro station. Easy walk to the restaurant Cote Brasserie. It was definitely 5 stars for us. We loved royal garden so we would have stayed for longer:)))
