The location is excellent and perfect, not far from restaurants, and several underground stations.

Everything was excellent, greatly enjoyed our warm stay. We had a good sized bedroom. The staff were all pleasant, exceptional. The location of this beautiful hotel was amazing, in a very good area.

It's a nice size and perfect with good-sized bathrooms. The location is magnificent and perfect, so close to trafalgar square and many restaurants as well as Tube stations - couldn't be better.

I did not want to leave there and would stay here again. The hotel's location was absolutely perfect next to a subway line aswell. Furthermore, it was within a close distance from Royal Opera House.

I liked great restaurant. The room was impeccably clean and fine, the location was amazing very central. The staff were incredibly welcoming and pleasant hole time of my stay.

Overall it was reasonably sized, with a private bathroom.

There were comfortable beds and a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels inside the room. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect and the staff were very responsive. This hotel was set in a particularly good area.

Booked it for 4 days and had a such great experience. The hotel was set in a very central area next to a taxi on return, the centre and the tube. Found time to see First Street, that's at a short distance from the property.

I truly enjoyed to be in this place. The suite didn't seem appealing on photos but it was fabulous right by the window. The room had a work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a TV plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The property's location was marvellous, close to everything. Besides, West End was 2 km away from the venue.

The venue was set in the very central position near two underground stations, Embankment tube and the centre of London. Besides, the hotel was 2 km away from Strand.

The location of the hotel was unbeatable - not too far away from Arts Theatre. Besides, it was not far from Trafalgar Square and attractions and accessibility to public transportation.

It made my trip to London a very enjoyable experience. The venue was clean, offered perfect location and comfort. The view was excellent, the staff was excellent! The location was unbeatable, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a cantilevered observation wheel. Small hotel set in the good area.

By and large, it was nice place for sightseeing in London, had much fun and met accommodating staff except for that receptionist. We were in a stunning location within walking distance of Covent Garden.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, yet everything was excellent. Loved our neat room right by the window. It was huge and had a study table, an iPod dock and a radio. We had a great stay at this small hotel.

Everything was excellent and lots to do. Accommodating and kind staff that liked their guests. The location was unbeatable and brilliant, for example, Chinatown Gate was not too far from the hotel. And the area was lovely, near the theatre, central London and Trafalgar Square.

superior hotel, amazing room and amazing location. just a 5-minute stroll to the center. charing cross subway station is at a near distance from the property. appreciated their on-site restaurant boyds grill & wine bar, it was good. the service at check in here was exceptional too. thanks very much for the stay - would love to go back.
