Cooperative staff and wonderful accommodation. Soundproof rooms and fashionable with roses and excellent lighting plus good shower. Coffee, vegetable, and toast available for breakfast. The excellent service combined with the lovely food. Very central location - walk from a theatre and a palace. Located walk from pubs and eateries.

Clean place with smart staff. Functional and reasonably priced room with a nice view. Very comfortable stay at the Park Grand London 5 star service.

My club double room was compact, had a nice bed.

The breakfast was generous, they offered us vegetable and toast. We stayed in a nice modern room with complete amenities.

Their staff were very unfriendly.

This trendy boutique hotel was worth a visit, excellent value for money. Actually, the room was lovely modern and well stocked, it also had a shower and a shampoo. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was outstanding. The accommodation had a central location very close to Earl's Court underground station.

First-class customer care, parking nearby. Warm tea and coffee in the coffee bar, convenient parking place. All in all particularly good location, not far from Close to tube, shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the Earl's Court metro station. Plus, very close to Albert Square.

Reasonably spacious hotel with great location short walk to Kensington High Street through a leafy neighbourhood and close to the District. New-fashioned rooms with a bath! Gorgeous food, excellent co-operating and smart staff at the reception desk.

Had really nice stay overall, PERFECT place and the weather was wonderful. Accommodating service, though a few employees were unpleasant. Excellent value for money contrasted with other options.

The rooms are a decent size and they have climate control, an iron, and a kettle. It has knowledgeable staff in a warm and welcoming manner and great and fab location, that could not be beaten.

Fab and incredible location with a subway station minutes away from the hotel. Minutes away from bars and pubs. High standard room, a bathtub and a shower in the room. Fresh, varied breakfasts with fresh pure juices and beans.

Big size and reasonably clean hotel, location was perfect and peaceful close enough to many nice restaurants and the subway, and Resturaunts pubs And Shops. I booked triple room with microwave, coffee facilities and toiletries.

Outstanding value, room was soundproof, staff were cooperative. I was offered a room with nice views across the London skyline. The hotel had a very central setting nowhere near landmarks or interesting spots. Further, it was really close to the tube and many restaurants, and Gloucester Road underground. The daily service was amazing!

The hotel was fairly clean, there were very hospitable staff and rich breakfasts. The room was reasonably sized, with really great decor and free wireless internet, a mini-fridge, and a hair dryer for our comfort. The location in a lovely peaceful area was marvellous and lovely and there were a market and several stores nearby. Liked to be very close to a subway station.

The place was clean and we loved superior king room. Liked air conditioning, a kitchen area, and coffee in the room. Vegetable and toast for breakfast were much appreciated. The location was great and lovely - just next door to many restaurants and shops, the tubes '' Metro '', and many great museums.

The room was newly remodelled, high standard and had a well-stocked mini bar, smart TVs and a safe box. The stuff where reasonably good and an absolute pleasure.

My room was fashionable and reasonably priced with safe, a balcony, awesome bed. The staff was smart and efficient, whenever I needed help. The location was marvellous and brilliant for exploring this extremely safe area, not far from the centre, and many museums, restaurants, and stores. I ate at the traditional restaurant near the hotel.

This hotel was excellent value for money when compared to other options. The breakfast was varied and the place was fairly clean. The pool was lovely, the staff was efficient. We had the deluxe queen room provided with tea and coffee facilities and chocolates plus microwave.

Its staff was thoughtful and highly courteous. In overall the room was reasonably sized and recently renovated and with refrigerator.

The location is great, near a quite street, and London's landmarks or nicest areas, you cannot beat it.

Quiet hotel, I loved its central location very close to a tube station with 3 main tube lines. I had a very comfy bed, and a safe, central heating and an iron. The staff was absolutely kind, just as I expected. The food was spicy - plenty of options.

Came in London to relax and have fun, this low-budget hotel was lovely place for doing it. The room was spotless with drinks included.

Our accommodation was set in a central location just off the restaurant as well as London. The bed was extremely comfy and the rooms were neat and bright.

All of the staff was pleasant and attentive to guests. The hotel's position was brilliant, adjacent to various areas of London and a market street and cafes, bars, restaurants and the tube.

The airport was 20 km away from here, stunning and handy location. I appreciated the room with a larger table, the bed was very comfy. I could use an electronic key card, a coffee/tea maker and a work desk.

The room I was given was neat with pullout sofa bed and flowers plus free wine. The staff were pleasant and exceptional made my stay relaxing. The location was stunning and marvellous, close to an underground station.

It was worth its 4 stars. Stuff where welcoming, beds were comfortable and GOOD breakfasts. It is set off the beaten track. Really loved that there was Masala with short-orders steps away from the venue, super convenient.
