The hotel's location was excellent and unbeatable, very near to the Airport with shopping centres and a market within walking distance. The room we had included an individual safe, climate control, and an iron.

The setting is marvellous and stunning, not far from French resturant, the busiest international airport in the world and the 'fine dining' restaurant, local area. The staff is really excellent, the room is a decent size and well soundproofed.

It should be gorgeous and perfect hotel for an overnight stay. The property has a central location in the London Heathrow airport area.

This hotel met the purpose in every way, can just recommend. Check in was very quick, property was little, locations was marvellous to where the metro is. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied.

Enjoyable breakfast to star a day with a chef who is obviously the soul of the kitchen, bacon, cocktails.

Its location right next to supermarkets and a convenience shop was super and brilliant. It was right next to a bastion and a castle too.

Everything was beautiful for our purposes, an overnight stay. We added an English breakfast to the price, it was superb with many alternative dietary options, cocktails and pastries. The room was decent sized, we would stay here again.

We got room with modern decor and a luxury bathroom to relax. This accommodation was in the central location next to sleeping area. All of the staff was patient and friendly efficient.

We had a quiet bedroom. The hotel was in the central setting to the fountain in the reception.

Unbeatable and ideal location for Hillingdon, really close to London Heathrow Airport, the Zebra restaurant which had a pleasant atmosphere and the T5 terminal along an enclosed walkway. It has great and unbeatable location not far from the coffee shop and the immediately adjacent Terminal 5. I have stayed in the classic queen room with a safe box, central heating, and an iron.

The hotel was in a magnificent location right by terminal 5 and Heathrow express to other terminals, the shop for essentials as well as gifts and the restaurants in the terminal. Stayed in functional classic queen room with a great tv set up.

Wonderful relaxing accommodation with amazingly helpful staff members from check-in to check-out. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location - next to the airport by walkway, excellent staff, luxurious surroundings and good food, Heathrow's Terminal 5, the British Airways Terminal and London between two international flights. Lots of food in the hotel, lobby restaurant.

Central location was a plus. The room was a decent size and complete with superb Sofitel bed, a large bathroom and mirrors. The breakfast food was brilliant and included a cup of tea and milk.

The staff was ready to assist, absolutely excellent people. I had top quality, functional room complete with coffee, an extremely comfortable bed, spa access. The breakfast had a good choice of food, including fantastic a cup of tea and milk.

Thanks to the best staff everything was first-class, including plenty of splendid food. The location was awesome for traveling around Hillingdon, adjacent to Terminal 5, and the French restaurant. Moreover, the hotel was 15 minutes drive from Saint Anne's Well.

it was great to be close to bedfont lakes country park. parking was provided to the guests. hillingdon neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. it was definitely 5 stars for us.
