Well, it was a very special stay on the weekend of March 20th.

New-fashioned and spotless room, extremely comfy bed.

The accommodation was original with superbly friendly staff. The room was airy and modern, complete with constant gushing water. The location was particularly good and perfect, to the event on at the Excel at the time driving prices up and the interior design was nice. And we were very close to train station & easy walk to airport.

Sumptuous and hot breakfast with a lot of choice. Brand-new room with the sea view. Perfect location in staff parking area and easy access to shopping malls and supermarkets.

Nice bedroom. Best beds and service-minded staff with an aggressive manner.

Sumptuous breakfast with gluten free well catered for for the start of the day. Well decorated rooms, good priced, with a large comfy bed, AC and a balcony. Magnificent and incredible location, near to the DLR transport system.

No milk.

The rooms well-organised, huge with a nice view, a TV plus a bath. Quite close to the airport, 1 km, perfect for an early flight.

Came here for 4 nights with my three kids, had a really nice stay. The room was neat with perfect views to London skyline. The location was good and fab and the services were good.

Super-friendly stuff and lovely and awesome breakfasts with fresh fruits, tea or coffee plus great outside views. Particularly good setting, near the river and ease of access to O2 arena. Close to a national gallery.

The staff was efficient, the accommodation was stylish and overall clean. The venue's position was central. We had lunch in The Good Catch, located nearby. We ate at a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It boasted nice views of rowing lake.

The staff were courteous and exceptional, everything was good.

Had impeccably clean room complete with a sofa bed with a male friend, balcony, as for instance.

Its location was incredible and beautiful, very close to the tube station. The rooms were modern and fashionable with exceptional views of the sea.

The place was immaculately clean and high quality, it had very efficient staff at the reception desk.

It had a little hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

The property is overall clean with a nice design, and the English breakfast is awesome! The rooms are reasonably large and have nice views at the sea & the airport. The location of the hotel in London is absolutely perfect and wonderful, near to taxis, the restaurant after a day of travelling, and the excel center which made getting to-and-from comic con. The downstairs bar is pleasant.

A nice size room with a stunning view at the sea & the airport. Lovely bedrooms, service-oriented staff with service provided by staff. Handy and easy location - not too far from St Johns Market.

Tastefully decorated rooms with a nice view, magnificent location. Sumptuous and warm breakfast with a great selection of meals.

The queen room is huge and soundproof. The location is marvellous and beautiful and they have parking on-site. It offers excellent service.

The hotel rooms are brand-new with a view. It's perfectly located just a short stroll away from Ss Robin. I would come here again thanks to central location.

The location was great and lovely for London, not far from the restaurant for breakfast as well as Canning Town for Fast Food restaurants and supermarkets. We found nice River Cottage Deli nearby with hot beverages.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, even so everything was very good. Got a nice size and well-organised room with balcony when arrived, appreciated that.

The room was huge with a bath, very comfortable bed and AC. The rate was £ 109. We were in a great location just a pleasant stroll away from Royal Victoria Dock and Bridge. The breakfast was warm and very very good, the check in was quick.

Enjoyed awesome and incredible breakfast and had a very special stay overall during our visit. The staff were all excellent, amazing friendly.

Reasonably clean place with top-class and caring staff members and sea views. Well laid out room and bathroom with a bath. Variety of options for sumptuous breakfast. Perfect and handy location in the nice quiet area, adjacent to London for the price range, and the excel center which made getting to-and-from comic con and the fox quick and easy.

Everything was very good, including very efficient staff at the reception desk. The room was a nice size with the TV, balcony plus a nice view of the rive, could leave my car onsite. I truly enjoyed the hotel overall.

Original property, has really polite and outstandingly accommodating staff with service provided by staff. Particularly good location for our needs, not far from great location fir Excel centre as well as the excel center which made getting to-and-from comic con. And close to The Connaught Tavern.

Brand-new airy rooms with fantastic views of the sea, and a sofa set and climate control. Paid £ 108. Really good facilities in general, easy location right beside the river.

I really enjoyed the huge room with big shower, balcony and the TV. My breakfast was warm and very very good with the rate. The location in a really quiet area was great and beautiful and there were a small grocery store and a convenience shop nearby.

The rooms were tastefully decorated with bathtub and the breakfast was WARM. The staff was very friendly and responsive to what we asked for. The location of this hotel really close to the underground, the airport and the London Excel and the river & a short walk to the station with good access to the Excel Center was unbeatable.

The hotels' team was patient. My well decorated room had a fairly clean bathroom. Nice decor and bed was good sized.

All in all everything was very good, had a very special stay with the service we received and our stay. The restaurant here was good for breakfast and dinner, we both ordered exquisite dishes.

Central location, a 10-15 minute walk from The Crystal. Found in the great area not far from the excel centre for events and the O2 for choices, easy and central London.

The location offered was marvellous close to City Airport, Tower Hill and restaurant. It also was close to a tube station.

we really enjoyed our 2-nights stay. city view was a bonus. the breakfast was great and had plenty of options.

We were in a twin room with heating, pay television and a laptop-size safe. The location was Awesome - short way from everywhere we wanted to go. Furthermore, hotel offers free Wi Fi. Totally recommend the place.

Set near a ferry port. The location was Awesome, with River Cottage Deli nearby. Silvertown and other places worth exploring were short way from the hotel. Our stay was lovely as usual;)))

It was definitely 4 stars for us. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Royal Docks Tandoori that was only 5 minutes' walk away...
