Fully equipped and great value place, it has thoughtful staff who give excellent service all round. The location is excellent and absolutely perfect and they have parking on street. Lots of restaurants and great restaurants you can select.

I had a top quality and stocked room.

The location to a college and a theatre set walk from the hotel was marvellous. Moreover, the area was good quiet.

The restaurant here was really nice with good food, we both ordered appetising dishes.

The rooms were great-sized with phenomenal views of the sunset and the beds were comfy. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was delicious. Good and fab location to the Gloucester Road tube stop where there are 3 different lines to connect was a plus. The team provided a good service.

Very good service, beautiful views of the sunset from my standard queen room. This accommodation had a central setting very near to science museum. Sometimes I visited Coco Momo in the area.

Marvellous and lovely location as it is near a theatre and a palace. It's near a coffee house and eateries too.

Its location was magnificent, close enough to downtown area and Buckingham Palace as well as a restaurant. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Serpentine.

The hotel had a central setting to Kensington tube station. I was offered a savoury breakfast with a nice view over the mewses.

Everything is absolutely fine here, had a really good stay for long weekend. The staff has always been friendly efficient. Make sure you stay in the twin room with the view of the street. The hotel has a magnificent and perfect location a short walk to a tube station. Btw, it's set in the very pleasant area. In-house restaurant on the premises is really nice.

All in all everything was absolutely fine, had a really good stay for a business trip. Booked the hotel for its perfect location very close to the Royal Albert Hall, Knightsbridge as well as Natural History Museum and Royal Albert Hall. Kensington district was worth visiting.

Pleasant hotel with a pleasant staff and an in-house bar. Peaceful location in the really quiet area, adjacent to the natural History Museum and the V and A, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. Again, walking distance to a scientifically spellbinding museum.

There were very comfy beds and a mini fridge bar, air conditioner and an individual safe in the standard queen room. Really enjoyed a bath in my private bathroom.

The hotel is in a top and incredible location, a short walk to a tube station. The twin room is high quality and fashionable. Quiet atmosphere, but some people working here are not very friendly.

Had very central location to avoid the eating options. We have spent 1 day in triple room with excellent facilities, better comfort, for example, everything was great.

Overall it was neat for better comfort. I found the hotel's location stunning, short walk to airport, the South Kensington museums and nearby shops and restaurants. Also, a British department store was max 15 minutes walk to.
