Unbeatable and exceptionally nice location next to a subway station, that was handy. Set near restaurants and bars, it was a plus.

Got the same suite booked online with TV, WiFi, as example. The location was amazing - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. We dined right next to the hotel at The Lord Warden.

This hotel is an ideal place for a trip in London. The stuff are amazing friendly and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. Its location is incredible, near seven streets. A restaurant is about 400 metres from here.

Polite, fabulously friendly staff towards all guests. Right in the heart of the city, very convenient. Based just next door to Leicester Square tube station, many bars and leicester square or Chinatown.

Travelled with my kids, spent 2 nights here and had a fine stay. The staff were very very helpful and kept the place spotlessly clean. The location was incredible and perfect, near London Transport Museum. Restaurants and bars were also near the hotel.

Overall it was nice styled and contemporary, with an own bathroom. I had an electric kettle, climate control, and an iron, extremely comfy bed. The location was stunning, near a theatre and a church.

All of the staff were polite, pretty friendly. The location was central, just off theatre, restaurants, museums, and Covent Garden Market place and surrounding Covent Garden. Besides, a victorian museum was within short walking distance to the property.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 8 nights stay. We were offered an absolutely fabulous room with huge TV, coffee, for example. The staff was approachable, absolutely perfect. The location of the hotel was central, adjacent to London, the centre of London and the theatre. Also, it was set near Liverpool Central Library.

This absolutely fabulous hotel was in central location close to the tube stations giving you access to other parts of London. Plus, it was short walk to the chapel and main area, such a good area and covert garden.

The venue was set in the central position next to central London, and all the sightseeing, bars, restaurants and shops. The staff were good and gave me good recommendations.

Good sized and fashionable units with lovely decor, the bedroom, as for instance, and the staff were affable. The location for London was stunning, adjacent to all major attractions, London's theatreland, and Leicester Square and Covent Garden. I found there a wide array of restaurants to eat, like Rules Restaurant that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

The hotel was placed in the central location so close to transport links to explore other areas of London. Found time to see an expansive art gallery, that's approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property. The room we had included a multi-channel television, ironing facilities, and a writing table.

TBH, the room was very small, we expected better.
