The hotel was lovely quiet and in a very central location. The staff members were incredibly polite and patient.

The room had awful views.

The place was perfectly clean, beautiful little and air-conditioned rooms. Eggs, bangers, and bacon - superb and delicious breakfast. Wonderful location in restaurant at dinner-, very nice restaurants in the local area.

It was in an unbeatable and brilliant location right by the subway station, London at 7am Christmas Day, and close to 2 tube stations. There was an upscale room for a possible view.

Our room was huge and bright, equipped with business book, even better breakfast, the bedroom. The location of the hotel was very central, close enough to metro station, supermarket, pharmacy, museuns, bus stop as well as the natural history museum the V & A.

Had really really nice stay for our night at royal albert hall and the weather was very warm. We asked for the premium room with a king size bed and it was ready when arrived. The marvellous and lovely location was so close to a publicly owned art museum.

The staffs were responsive & amazingly helpful. This hotel had a central position in an excellent location in Kensington with easy access to the subway.

The venue is huge and spotlessly clean with an exceptional value and service-minded and very hardworking staff. The rooms are well-equipped and tastefully decorated here with a single bed. The downstairs bar is amazing.

The hotel was stylish, we recommend. Had 1 day in London, spending our time here really good. Liked the way our good sized and newly renovated standard room for a possible view was. The staff were efficient and dedicated and the location was magnificent very close to Gloucester Road tube station.

The location was marvellous and fab, right next to the underground so very easy to get around with easy access to a supermarket and a convenience shop. We got room with convenient decor and a spotless bathroom to relax. Accommodating staff, they helped us a lot. Enjoyed this classy hotel, and we would book again.

Magnificent very central location short walk to By underground, Covent Garden and underground and local shops / restaurants. It also was to many surrounding sites or areas of interest.

The beds were comfy, the rooms were good-sized and newly remodelled with super comfortable king bed, everything was perfect. The breakfast was wonderful and super and the downstairs bar was a plus.

The room itself was compact in the comfort of our bedroom and had the things we needed. Having shower facilities, a hairdryer and bath robes was a bonus. The hotel was in a marvellous and top location, in the congestion charge area.

Pretty friendly staff, superb service. Good sized and recently refurbished rooms in the comfort of our bedroom available. Early check-in, parking nearby...

Overall had wonderful stay for 1 night business trip. We liked the lively and decent staff. The room we had was soundproof and fashionable with coffee/tea and a king size bed plus great temperature control.

Stylish accommodation with unbeatable setting short walk to 2 tube stations and lots of bars, restaurants and museums, Knightsbridge and Harrods and Soho. Early check-in and superb customer service.

We recommend this hotel. Free WiFi was working perfectly. Thoroughly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Scoff and Banter, no need to go somewhere else.

A train station was right by the hotel. Fantastic place. We would go back in flash when visiting London...

there was a subway station in the vicinity. light of india is short way from the hotel. we appreciated location and staff, the venue had everything we required for our trip. no reason to complain with the hotel.
