The room I booked was very clean & well kept and available with a walk in shower, 2 separate beds plus a large bathroom. The breakfast food was outstanding and reasonably-priced.

We had a twin bedroom. The breakfast served was large with all tastes including Gluten free options and good quality coffee, as for instance.

It is relaxing hotel with nice pool and amazing location in a beautiful area.

Got well-kept and brand-new double room with 2 twin beds instead of queen as expected, really enjoyed it.

The breakfast was reasonable and savoury with a very popular omelette station and rubbish on all the neighboring tables, for instance and attention to detail. The bedroom was functional and newly decorated. This location was good, near the many parks and shopping streets, markets, and Hyde Park, Natural History Museum and V & A Museum. Found a place called The Lord Warden, set next to the hotel, ate there a few times.

Really had real good stay on 11 september 2019. Friendly efficient staff, amazing location, everything was second to none. Outstanding food in the restaurant, abundant and savoury breakfast with good quality coffee and toast and mushrooms.

The double room is air conditioned with reliable internet, view on to rubish bins, for instance.

There's bad smell in some areas.

Fairly clean and pleasant hotel with great and brilliant location close to the underground, just what I needed. The room was fabulous and relaxing, offered tea/coffee, an iron, and a couch. The view was good here and the staff were lovely and charming people with the service provided by all the Holiday Inn staff.

Loved that the hotel was exceptional and had especially helpful staff at the the receptionist. The location was incredible and close to a train station. Found The Devonshire Arms with perfect drinks 400 metres away.

Really enjoyed the room with a bath, my bed was extra large. The breakfast was hot and abundant, the check in was early. Spent here 5 lovely days and would stay here again.

As for me, the area was very average.

I had airy, high quality room with a drink, shower plus the Tea & Coffee supplies. The savoury breakfast had lots of meals and the food I tasted was great. The check in was smooth, the staff was attentive and always welcoming.

The venue is clean and big size with attentive staff members. The rooms are perfectly clean and well-appointed with double bed. As for me location is perfect and fab, really close to bus stops, High St Kensington underground station, High Street. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 15 minutes. The restaurant attached makes tasty food...

We asked for a new-fashioned and welcoming room with double bed and a bath plus the bedroom and got one.

the location was marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from our lady of victories church. plenty of restaurants and local restaurants around. the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the rooms were incredibly comfortable with double bed, everything was great.

The hotel was top quality, we loved its competent staff. Our stay was a really good experience.

This low-budget hotel was an interesting place for a short break. The staff were amicable and accommodating and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge. The offered breakfast was delicious and included plenty of options. The pool was amazing and there was a lovely restaurant on site. The location of the venue was stunning - within walking distance of Design Museum.

The breakfast was excellant and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool. It deserves its 4 stars.

Handy base for exploring London. The room was spotless and good sized, had everything we needed.
