Magnificent location in general, incredibly attentive staff in terms of hospitality and attention.

Had a really nice stay for a business trip, it was great value contrasted with other options.

I would stay here again, enjoyed this place. I have to mention the rich breakfast with complimentary sparkling water & WiFi and fresh fruit, as example. The hotel provides an efficient service.

We had king room with an own bathroom. The location was magnificent, unable to move hotels as everything was sold out, in the very nice area. The staff was all caring.

The units were well laid out with a nice view.

Very good customer care, parking onsite. Perfect and excellent location in a pleasant area on Kensington High Street, really nice restaurants in the local area. Plus, walking distance to Northern Quarter bars.

Wi-Fi was very limited.

The breakfast of our place was complimentary and rich with airy views, thoroughly enjoyed it. Most staff were very very helpful and caring, high standard rooms.

Overall had very good stay for a business trip. The breakfast was complimentary with cereals, juices, great coffee and exceptionally attentive staff. The location was perfect and stunning, so close to an exhibition there, and a maze-up and down twice from the lifts, in a fabulous area.

Immaculately clean accommodation, caring and attentive staff in terms of hospitality and attention. Marvellous location next to supermarket, Olympia conference centre and which is about 40 minutes by cab away in the London traffic. Besides, easy to get to a publicly owned art museum.

The breakfast is complimentary and varied for my taste, has good food. The location is in an excellent spot for the Olympia station.

Choose family room even with the aircon on. The check-in was very good and the atmosphere was family overall. Plus, we parked on-site. The location was central, fantastic to trade fair. Explored a grade ii listed history museum, that is located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel.

Greatly enjoyed our very nice stay of 6 nights. Great value, everything was exceptional and the staff was really good and pleasant. The bedroom was updated and vintage. The breakfast was delicious and superb for every taste, with gorgeous food.

Well laid out room with own bathroom and an iron and a kettle. Feather pillows, comfortable bed.

This hotel was great value, I think. The property was excellent value with very friendly staff especially by the restaurant manager. The location was perfect and excellent, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from a highly decorated Victorian studio-house. Furthermore, the area was very nice.

In general the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. This location was excellent and unbeatable, next to bus stops, underground stations, convenient stores and restaurants, a new Italian cafe which does the worlds best granola/Italian style yoghurt and the food selection. Also, the place was just a pleasant stroll away from New Apostolic Church.

Overall - excellent value and first-rate place with very friendly staff at the reception desk. Excellent and absolutely perfect location in a very nice area, next to the exhibition center. And a 10-minute walk from a Roman Catholic church.

We walked everywhere, the location was excellent, nearest by underground station.

Many things to mention - everything was clean, lovely food, excellent views. The property's location was marvellous and decent, near the tube that could take us all the way to westminster in 15 minutes. Places like Design Museum were a 10-15 minute walking distance from from here too.

It offers free of charge and varied breakfasts for every taste. The hotel is in the central location on the main bus line to Trafalgar Square.

The room was good basic and air conditioned, and the bathroom was nicely decorated. The staff were very amiable, the location was magnificent.

The units were beautifully maintained for a wheelchair & a "pusher " + a suitcase. This property is in a particularly good location, adjacent to area's need to be refurbished, underground and Kensington Palace and bus routes.

The weather was pleasant, had very very good stay for a business trip. The staff were very helpful and provided help. The breakfast was rich for my taste and great value. Had excellent location near to the exhibition center, right next to Marcus Garvey Park.

Central location of this old-fashioned hotel was a bonus. Plus, a city park was within walking distance of the venue.

Marvellous location close to the main bus line to Trafalgar Square, the Exhibition Centre@ Olympia-less than a 2 minute walk away, and tube station at Olympia Accommodation, it's central. Kensington is a district that deserves exploring.

The location was central, just next door to Kensington Olympia train station. The twin room was well laid out with big window, the bathroom plus the “ twin beds ”. The staff were very helpful and caring every time I dealt with them.

The check in was very good, the staff was amazingly attentive. This hotel was set in a central area right by the metro station and great neighborhood with parks, restaurants and stores, and Kensington High Street and Earls Court.

Truly enjoyed my extra special stay in the hotel for one night. The restaurant was spacious for dinner, I tried delicious dishes. I was surprised by the pleasant city view. The staff was incredibly attentive and caring, the room was brand-new. The location was good and beds were comfy. The venue itself was in a fabulous area.

Well-organised units where the heaters worked, we greatly enjoyed it. The location was excellent and unbeatable, close to the Olympia stadium!

The location is marvellous, close to the Olympia exhibition centre, Kensington Gardens and the Victoria & Albert Museum and reasonable priced restaurants, café, supermarket and bars. Kensington district deserves your time and attention.

Normal double unit on the walls in bathroom. Free parking and complimentary and rich breakfast for my taste.

The restaurant here was very nice for dinner, we both ordered appetising dishes. Tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge were available too. Attentive team especially by the restaurant manager.

Had really enjoyable stay in the hotel for one night. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Design Museum was unbeatable and quiet. I loved the fact that it was a 5-minute walk from the subway.
