The room I was given was newly renovated and modern with a view of Church St Pretty decent size for 2 adults, toiletries, as for instance. The location was magnificent in a nice neighborhood and the staff here was incredibly welcoming and very pleasant.

The breakfast I had was delicious and enjoyable with freshly brewed coffee and main hot dish, for example.

Liked the newly remodelled single room with a contemporary design. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bath.

The service was excellent, I was offered a super breakfast with main hot dish and freshly brewed coffee, as example. The location was excellent and good, very close to central London on bus and nice shops.

Good and fab spot not far from Clissold Park and vibrant Church street, bus stops, and Woodberry Wetlands. Newly decorated and new-fashioned rooms and very comfy beds.

Reasonably large, huge room with climate control and an iron. Stunning location in the very attractive area, really close to the Tottenham stadium, Walthamstow wetlands, and the pub below.

I booked neat and newly renovated room with good quality furnishings. The setting was excellent and absolutely perfect, right by the center. Also, I was not too far from a Clissold park.

Deluxe king room was reasonably large and huge. The location was excellent and unbeatable for traveling around London, near the stadium which is about 20 minutes away, So close to Sadlers Wells at Angel and central London on bus or bus plus tube. Found The Blue Legume metres from the hotel where I had supper.

The hotel was in a magnificent and unbeatable position short walk to bars and restaurants, the church steeple and a great pub. A huge variety of restaurants to eat close by, like The Parlour that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Climate control and an iron were available in my deluxe queen room. I was offered a super English breakfast.

I stayed here 3 nights and really enjoyed it. All the staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. The hotel had a particularly good and fantastic location in an appealing area. Further, it was next to central attractions, a beautiful public park and Wireless festival.

The experience was thoroughly enjoyable and I would happily return. The staff was efficient, the breakfast was amazing, everything was fine. Truly enjoyed the location near the centre of London. And it was also just next door to Finsbury Park, Sadlers Wells at Angel and taxi. Double room I stayed at was new-fashioned. The bed seemed very clean and it was clean all around.

The service was absolutely very good. We loved double room provided with quality linen, ceiling fan, for example. The breakfast offered plenty of incredible meals. Location: the hotel was near Stoke Newington, the Clissold Park, and pubs.

Thank you for a fairly nice stay. It boasts HANDY, pleasant location adjacent to central London, Pub and restaurants. Do n't forget to visit nearby Woodstoke Cafe, they have best coffee ever.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were accommodating. Had cool drinks in the downstairs bar in the evening.

We greatly enjoyed this hotel and would use them next time.
