Beautiful old place, great food offered for continental breakfast. Comfortable bed in double room with a coffee/tea maker and climate control. Incredible setting in the pretty quiet area, really close to the National Gallery and Green park and oxford street.

This is a quirky and luxury hotel with accommodating staff with their services.

The place was luxurious and had superfriendly staff despite the receptionist doing her upmost best to serve as quickly as possible, loved the stay. Its location in smart area was fantastic. Also, we saw Royal Academy of Arts, based at a moderate distance from the venue.

It was as expected, had a really really nice stay on a business trip. Greatly enjoyed this trendy boutique hotel: fine food and excellent and fantastic friendly staff. The location was incredible and wonderful and close to places we visited. This property was in a wonderful area.

That was what I call nice base for a short stay. Everything was very good, including affable staff at the waiter. The English breakfast was warm and great with mini Danish pastries, juices, sausages.

I thoroughly enjoyed English breakfast, the food was good. The staff were best and were always there to help. Its location was absolutely perfect and fantastic, in a different area of London.

The position of the hotel was incredible, above the area for deliveries. Warm breakfasts with excellent coffee and fresh pastries and juices, the staff were competent.

New-fashioned rooms were compact inside. The food was great, with a great selection of options. The location was particularly good, easy to find from Green Park underground station, and the bed comfy. Affable staff, they had a shuttle to the airport.

Some people working there were very unhelpful.

It was large with a view and bath, good enough for short stay. Particularly good location, we where right by Hype Park/Piccadilly/Knightsbridge, and Park Lane/Mayfair.

Clean hotel in a very pleasant building not far from the tube, where there were restaurants open on a Sunday night, the amorous activities and Next door to Shepherd's Market for good food. Ideal location, to nearest Taxi Rank. Nice hot breakfast options with bacon, English bread and juices.

The staff was very pleasant, provided a simple check-in and a late check-out at 12 pm. I had fab food for breakfast for the quality. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, for example, a British department store was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. A palace and a theatre were walk from the property.

The queen room I got was complete with plug in radiators, 40 pound extra plus the bathroom. Shower facilities, a hair dryer and terry dressing gowns were a plus. The location was stunning and easy - ease of access to a town square.

The staff was FRIENDLY and the setting was good. Stay in this hotel if you wish to explore piccadilly circus. The venue was so close to green park train station. Central London neighborhood was worth exploring.

Only 1 mile from oxford street. 20 minutes by car from the airport. We go there often, and do recommend it to friends:)))
