Excellent facilities in general, magnificent location in a bay. Based just next door to Gatwick airport, and the train station and the main town centre.

The hotel was in a central setting in a pub or other venues. Had a delicious breakfast with scrambled eggs and good coffee, for instance. The service was very good in my opinion. Stayed for 4 days and did not want to leave, I would come there again.

This was a good stay during my 2 night visit. I liked new-fashioned room with comfy bed and the staff were particularly helpful and excellent. The setting was lovely, right by the restaurant, shopping centre, shops and train station- Sutton train station is about 3mins walk, and the train station and shops/restaurants. Found time to see Western Approaches Museum, that's not very far from the property.

My mother and I appreciated being there. I were greeted by nice, sympathetic staff. The view was decent, the service was good. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient. Its perfect, very central location was a plus. Also, Shah Jalal Masjid was not far away. Had warm dishes in a great restaurant.

This hotel met every demand! Planned to see Sutton major attractions and it was fabulous base for visiting all of them. The location was stunning, at a short distance from Chapel.

The whole experience was pleasant! We really enjoyed the hotel, its comfortable location and excellent staff. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was quick. Moreover, we could park the car on site.

Very comfy beds, we loved it. The location was unbeatable yet it was right next to downtown area, just 5 minutes by foot. There was Ii-ma Sushi near the hotel.
