Functional medium priced property with amazing friendly staff with good services and Friendly Stuff.

The location was great, very close to the subway which you could constantly hear when trying to sleep with easy access to several stores and chemist's.

Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

Nice place all in all, has cordial staff at by the receptionist. It has very central location and very close to an underground station. Moreover, it is close to Albert Square.

Had a comfortable stay on a business trip. The standard studio I got was cheap. Everyone was really kind and courteous.

The hotel had indeed a marvellous location right next to tube station. Also, National Football Museum was 1 km away, perfectly reachable. I enjoyed the room with a view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was very handy to have an electric kettle, refrigerators, and a freezer. Impeccable staff team at by the receptionist, everything was good.

Overall - functional and pretty place with outstandingly accommodating staff with good services and Friendly Stuff. Wide varieties of nice food at breakfast. Marvellous and fab location close to restaurants and bars, easy to get anywhere.

Nice beds and a terrace, a safe, and a kettle. What a particularly good and unbeatable location near Queensway tube station! Easy walk to a massive central square.

The location is great and lovely, it's in Westminster Borough district close enough to central sights as well as drink venues also.

Had lovely romantic superior studio with microwave as well as a dressing table. There were an electric kettle, refrigerators, and a toaster too.

Views were bad.

The location was brilliant and the staff was good and kind during the whole stay! The room was bright and spacious with the window open as far as possible, fan, fair better bed as expected.

By and large, it was great and pretty place with exceptionally nice stuff at by the receptionist.

Exceptionally clean place and incredibly nice stuff, greatly enjoyed particularly good and marvellous location. We spent 3 nights in great-sized and well-organised standard studio with suffocated air inside. It had an electric kettle, refrigerators, and a freezer.

In overall, the place is fine, has very welcoming and pleasant staff with good services and Friendly Stuff. The rooms are neat and functional for a bigger shower, so that guests have essentials. Incredible location right by the attraction are, Hyde Park and underground Queensway tube station and supermarkets and shops and metro, it's very central.

The place was lovely and had very courteous and incredibly nice staff at by the receptionist, loved the stay. The room was functional and high-class, I had a terrace, a safe, and a kettle. The bed was nice and so were the pillows. Its location to Bayswater tube station was great.

The room we had was new-fashioned and compact with grime outside the window, the kitchen, for example.

We really enjoyed the standard queen studio as it was bright. Its the street view and good and kind staff were the key features! The service was excellent and the location was marvellous and brilliant.

Functional, brand-new property. Well-equipped room with toaster, the shower, as for instance, thoughtful staff. Central location so close to two subways on different lines. Really close to Queensway in Bayswater, supermarkets and restaurants, and hyde park with lots of shops and restaurants near by.

The venue's position was central. The restaurant was pretty good with reasonable price, I tried light dishes.

Well, it was a very nice stay on a business trip. The room was a decent size and functional and had a fairly clean bathroom. It had perfect view, I greatly enjoyed watching street. The location was very central, great very close to the subway. This hotel was good value, I think.

The room was budget and airy had all we needed, it was complete with toaster, an iron plus a sofa bed. The breakfast had plenty of fine food and drinks.

The location was incredible, and we could reach Queensway Tube by walking. The hotel itself was in a very pleasant area. We ate at a PARTICULARLY GOOD restaurant with reasonable price.

The place was fairly clean, budget rooms. Its location relatively near Paddington was magnificent. The restaurant was not too far from the hotel. Our stay was good and we would come here again.

This hotel was on an noisy street. The bed was creaky.

A full kitchen was a big plus. All we needed for short stay in London. Reasonably priced hotel. Free WiFi was a great addition.
